This item was ordered from the Netherlands on June 11th. The seller provided a tracking number, but it is of little use. FedEx confirmed receipt of the package on June 13th and since then there has been no further information. Fed Ex refuse to respond to enquiries regarding the shipment. As at June 20th, nothing has changed. Perhaps the product is good, I don't know. Perhaps the seller is good, I don't know, but I will now cancel the order and request a refund and in future I will not purchase from any seller who uses FedEx.
Order # 7711441 made on 12th April 2023 still has not been delivered. I have made numerous attempt to contact your company. No one answers the phone. No-one has responded to my emails. No-one has responded to the contact form sent from your website. The ONLY response has been from a chat box. Your colleague simply gave a tracking number which as previously explained was invalid. After that initial response they stopped answering the query. We would like our money back. You owe us 45.84€. This has been a frustrating and expensive experience. This cannot be a 'trusted shop'

Made an order then 5 minuites later found the same item £20 cheaper and with next day delivery so immediately contacted them to cancel. No response then 2 days later the item ships. Now when it eventually arrives (10 days later) I'll have to go through the rigmarole of sending it back again, costing me and them unnecessary shipping. Pain in the arse.

I would never deal with this company again! The item I ordered promised a 2-4 day delivery. I then received an email informing me they could not fulfil the order in this time and would email me when it became available. Customer services does not answer the phone or email requesting refund.

The item I purchased was of such poor quality that it was completely unfit for purpose - as in totally useless.
I sent a polite email to Cookinglife (with images) explaining the issue - guess what... I got completely ignored. Have tried again over a week later. Let's see what happens.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but...
When I get charged €13 for a return label that doesn't work and after 3 trips can't find a 'DHL parcelshop' in Ireland that will take the return, it's a tempting notion.
After a month of calling CookingLife's phone number and getting a message that "due to maintenance we are currently not reachable by phone" and after multiple attempts at phone and message contact via the WhatsApp number on CookingLife's website netted no response, it's starts becoming an attractive option.
After multiple ignored emails to info@cookinglife.eu asking for help, it becomes a certainty.
This is either a company on its way out of business or one whose business model 'sell and forget'. Either way I won't be back...

Terrible experience with the carrier DHL which was chosen by Cookinglife. Not only did they not deliver to my home address when I was there all week but they also lied and said that they couldn't reach me. A complete lie. To make things even worse, I had to go at my own expense to their chosen pick up point only to find out that no one was there despite being there during opening hours. It was a one man shop and the owner was not there.
I will never use cookinglife again. I was on the verge of placing a 3rd and much bigger order but will give the business to another vendor.

Unfortunately there was an error in the quantity of my order and the colour. Cooking Life has neither resounded to my whatsapp email nor phone calls.
If they would contact me it could be resolved without this review. It’s the first time I haven’t had a good experience with Cooking Life

They aren't answering on questions about my order (I wrote to them on Whatsapp). My order still hasn't been sent, and it has been more than 2 weeks (delivery time was 4-6 days). I'm very disapointed, cause I was counting on that order.

Very sorry to hear it! Sometimes, the products are not directly available from us but have to be shipped from the manufacturer instead, and this can take longer.
