Terrible service. I was treated well before I paid. Subsequently the order was shipped incomplete and six months after they still have not sent the missing items. They do not reply to my emails and every time I call them they promise they will look into it but do nothing. Very sad - stay away
Absolutely rubbish do NOT BUY
Absolutely rubbish! Cannot fathom how much I pad for a dumb plastic giraffe lamp! Now they want me to pay MORE at customs! I refused and told them THEY pay it or give me a COMPLETE REFUND OF $2,000 AUD! Idiots! Honestly! I’m disabled and wanted to gift myself something unusual but I don’t want the stupid lamp anymore! I will NOT pay anymore money for customs. WHY? Screw them and their stupid waste of my money lamp!
