Disgraceful. ordered a Christmas deco in Dec 2025. It arrived 19th August 2026 - Eight Months Late. They changed the delivery date over and over. Only shipped it after I disputed the charge with my credit card.Absolute waste of time. If you are outside Italy, do not risk your money. The company has communication issues. I will not order again.
Terrible service. I was treated well before I paid. Subsequently the order was shipped incomplete and six months after they still have not sent the missing items. They do not reply to my emails and every time I call them they promise they will look into it but do nothing. Very sad - stay away
How reviews work at Trusted Shops
You’ll find three types of reviews on Trusted Shops company profiles. Verified reviews have been collected by companies while being a Trusted Shops member, and have been verified. Reviews without a label have been written proactively by users and haven’t been verified. Companies can choose to add reviews from other review platforms to their company profile. These are marked as imported and aren’t included in the overall rating. Imported reviews are not verified.
