Very disappointed with my experience with Crafond EU. I ordered a frying pan on June 13. After almost four weeks with no delivery or updates, I reached out to ask about the status of my order. The initial reply was vague – simply that they would “check and let me know.” A few days later, I was told the item had been shipped and was given a tracking number. When I expressed frustration over the long wait, they claimed a second pan had just been sent, as the first one had supposedly been “lost” or “stolen.” However, this explanation doesn’t seem credible – no tracking number was provided initially, and communication throughout was unclear and delayed. Extremely poor customer service, lack of transparency, and unacceptable shipping delays. I would not recommend ordering from Crafond EU.

Pannenset besteld en ondanks dat ruim op tijd betaald, duurde de levering onnodig lang. Toen de set eindelijk aankwam, bleek de hapjespan beschadigd. Meerdere mails met foto’s gestuurd, maar geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Productkwaliteit is op zich goed, maar service, levertijd en communicatie zijn ronduit slecht.
