The only drawback is the slightly difficult email contact - responses are short and require a lot of follow-up questions, so I recommend opting for phone contact for easier communication. I have also returned a product due to a desire to exchange it for a better model - the request was processed quickly, and I received a prompt refund as well. I sincerely recommend the store.

Instead of the current freebies, which often repeat for me, it would be worth considering introducing a loyalty program with points. Customers could collect points and exchange them for various, more tailored rewards. I think such a solution would be very attractive and would further encourage regular shopping.

The order has been withdrawn, it concerned the purchase of the Drennan Acolyte 17ft float rod on promotion. I intended to exchange the product for the Drennan Acolyte 17ft specimen float model, unfortunately, the promotion ended very quickly. I am waiting for another opportunity to purchase Drennan products at a promotional price.
