The store's assortment is very wide; it is easy to find even hard-to-access products, often at very attractive, promotional prices. The only drawback is the slightly difficult email contact - responses are short and require a lot of follow-up questions, so I recommend opting for phone contact for easier communication. I have also returned a product due to a desire to exchange it for a better model - the request was processed quickly, and I received a prompt refund as well. I sincerely recommend the store.

The only small downside is that I ordered the FLAGMAN ARMADALE tip 1.0 oz., but I received 0.75 oz. However, it's such a small difference that I didn't complain. Instead of the current freebies, which often repeat for me, it would be worth considering introducing a loyalty program with points. Customers could collect points and exchange them for various, more tailored rewards. I think such a solution would be very attractive and would further encourage regular shopping.

Order completed in lightning mode. Everything was in accordance with the order and the goods were in perfect condition upon delivery. IMPORTANT!!!! No additional charge is added for payment on delivery as other stores do, even for an order of nearly 1000 zł, charging the buyer 31 zł (moonfin). Highly recommend....
