Goldsmith's work very good. The design is wonderful. What can be improved in the sale itself. The proposed design is described as "around" 8 grams with a fixed price paid before the work. Physically, the product comes with a weight of 7.089. It would be worth aligning the actual price with the physical weight of the product. It is known that it may vary because it is handmade. It could weigh 9 grams and any adjustment I would pay. Just for consideration.

If I may suggest, sending packages by courier should include the option for the courier to call the client to inform them that the goods are being delivered, because in my case, the courier claimed that he had no such obligation and left the package in the building on the doormat. In the system, it was marked as delivered and received!!! The specified waiting period for the order is given as from .... to ..., but without illusions, one must assume it will be the maximum time, so it's a bit of a stretch - this conclusion came to me after a phone conversation with a company employee and an inspection of the pendant (it was matte, not polished, which might indicate that after being made, it lay somewhere on a shelf for some time).

The quality of workmanship is very high, the engraving is done well but is somewhat less visible under artificial light. A downside is that the arms departing from the eagle can snag on clothing when removed because they are not connected to anything. Most attention goes to the clasp, especially when trying to fit it into the first hole. The metal piece is so short that it's almost impossible to do with one hand. I do this by propping the clasp vertically on a table, and then it's fine. On the other holes, it works normally.
