Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
A lot of products in stock for decent prices. Only thing is that I could not return an order ( a bike saddle) because I installed it and did not like it. Customer service told me I could not return it because it was used, although the product did not have any indication of use.
Purchased rockshox domain forks, 12 speed slx cassette, chain & a new chain ring, all for €600. Materials are all really good and delivery was quick. Cannot fault bike-discount.de really happy with my products. I have used them before and will definitely be using them again.

Everything perfect but the return policy
Possitive: everything ….. quick to deliver, competitive pricing, huge portfolio regarding bikes accessories and clothing.
Negative: Return policy with no replacement possibilities is very mean if the article is below 100 Euro, because you have to pay 5€ shipment again.

Bosch e-Bike tools give a headache
I bought a tool for my Bosch e-Bike engine that did not fit although the description said it would. I got it refunded without having to srnd back the wrong tool, but unfortunately I still can't find anyone who knows the right tool. Even my bike manufacturer doesn't know!

VAT Refund Process
I am buying from outside EU. If they can improve the VAT refund process for exportation of the goods to outside Europe, it will be fantastic. For example, the other competitors do not need original copies of invoices with stamp, they can do VAT refunds with scan copies.

I placed around 25 orders for bikes, trainers and bike parts through 7 years. They have excellent prices and availability. There was no single flaw in deliveries or warranty/return claims issues. Shipping to Poland via DPD and DHL without issues. I recommend this store!

Mooie aanbiedingen en correcte levering. Maar helaas alles moeten retourneren wat overigens niet aan BikeDiscount lag. Maar Italiaanse maatvoering is niet altijd eenduidig. De retourzending werd vlot en keurig afgehandeld. Complimenten daarvoor en dat geeft vertrouwen.
great bang for your buck! Good prices and quick dispatching. Other services I do not know, since all products were flawless.
Minor item is the transition from German to Dutch transport, in terms of traceability. But that is hardly something influenced by Bike-Discount.

Quality of products is great. Minus one star for poor communication. If you order bike, expect to stay in silence with no explanation about the delivery times. Second identical ordered bike came two times faster and no one explained why :) yet, will buy here again.
I ordered a couple of expensive, high-end bike products (pedals & shoes). Not only did they sell them at a highly competitive price, but they were also delivered sooner than I expected, which was a real treat. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

Great value for money
Good offer of products with competitive prices. Delivers always happened smoothly. Only eventual challenge is return of goods in case something is not according to what you expected, although I never tried too hard as everything was in line with my expectations.

Have a good range of quality products, excellent prices and a website that makes it very easy to search for and find what you want. Website has clear details on what you are ordering too. The delivery company used - DPD, in Portugal were absolutely terrible.

I like that I get info about my order status very fast. Probably it is not your responsibility, but if I choose DHL delivery. They hand over to Itella delivery service, and they never have my full delivery info. If I choose DPD, then it's perfect, no problems.

Jullie hebben ontzettend veel en de prijzen zijn keurig. Ik ben erg tevreden. Wat kan beter. DHL keuze levering is minder goed. Duitse post is sneller en geeft beter aan wanneer het gelever wordt. De keuze voor levering via DHL kan wat mij betreft vervallen

At some products it would be useful to put some more data (measures, dimensions,...) on about certain product. Eg: Last time I purchased a back rack. To find out which one fits to my bike I spent quite some time also with checking producer's web sites.

Bike-Online shop was perfect, just need to change postage partner something instead of "itella" they are terrible. Postage from Germany took 2 days to Lithuania, and then they was arranging deliver 4-6 days while at last they just put it in post box...
