I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
I order a fidlock 590 bottle 11,45€ and 2 caps for the same bottle 5,18€, plus shipping 14,99€, a total amount of 31,62€. I received the wrong bottle, the smaller fidlock 450, which doesn’t cover my needs. First you offered me to refund the difference of two bottles 3,12€. After I reject your offer you refund 11,45€. The result is that I bear the cost of 20,17€, to keep a useless for me bottle that I didn’t order and two caps for the same bottle, because of your mistake.

I like shopping at Bike-Discount – good prices, at lot of products in stock. However, your delivery time that past 6 months has been a joke. And you customer support is way too slow.
I would like to keep shopping at Bike-Discount. However, regarding delivery and customer support you are getting way behind Bike24, Bike-Components and R2Bike, where I also shop.
And I think the way your customer support has handled the issue with this order/case, is way below what I would expect.
Hence, what you can compete on right now is probably only cheaper prices and/or you having products in stock, which are not in stock at one of the other webshops.

Delivery was delayed significantly. Our delivery address was changed between entering it on the Bike-Discount store website and its arrival in the DHL database. This meant that the package could not be delivered. When I approached Bike-Discount, I was told that I should wait at least a week before they could contact DHL. After a week had passed, I was then told that my address was not appropriate for delivery, though it had originally be entered correctly on the Bike-Discount website.
It seems to me that Bike-Discount should work with DHL to improve the service of handling orders in this way.

Very bad experience with bike discount! When we order and pay the product their web showe "on stock". After 4 days we got email that the product (DuraAce brake set) is not in stock....And bla bla bla, so hiw sorry they are. Very very unprofessional, not shame to say criminal. They are selling the air in such cases we may conclude. We explained this bad experience to our Rog cycling club in Ljubljana and reccoment to avoid bike discout.

The e-shop is great and have a big assortment.
But the shipping is bad. I have ordered bicycle and some equipment. It was a mess with shipment. But I was surprised that my order was splitted in two parts and now I still wait for the rest of order. So, it takes around month to get your order. It's pretty uncomfortable.
You should be patient to wait your order.
