A truly reliable online shop. The prices are the lowest i normally find on internet. The only thing i think they could manage are the shipping costs, they are a little bit expensive, particularly to my country, Portugal. Other thing i notice is the changing price accordingly to the shipping country comparing to the same article price sold to Germany. Apart of that, everything went fine with all my purchases. I highly recommend this shop.

Great On-line Shop for MTB You guys only need more offers on shipping to help with shipping costs. DHL is asking for whatever they want now. That is the only suggestion for improvement. Besides that, they have all the best parts and brands on MTB you can possibly need. It was the only place (literally on the planet) where I could find my tires. Great experience, great price, great everything.

Product offering is very good and competitive. Fast delivery times is astonishing and not taken for granted. This time though the delivery time was a bit longer due to change in delivery model. Usually DHL makes the whole delivery from seller to buyer but this time the Finnish post office took part of delivery. And the Finnish post office is always very slow.

As a bike enthusiast, I love shopping on bike-discount.de. With a good customer service and an excellent choice of bike parts and accessories its my favorite online shop. Fast shipping also adds up. It would be great to get notified when items in my cart or wish list change prices. And as any customer would like, more discounts, please :)

Fantastic value and excellent delivery. They get products to me faster from Germany to France than ordering from France to France. Their stock levels seem very accurate and honest. I have ordered many items from bike-discount.de and they are now my No.1 choice for both delivery service and price in the whole of Europe.

Even if the gear I ordered didn't fit with my need, the shop was good : ship, fast and nice. I paid throught Amazon and for the sent back I didn't get the shipement page automatically. A small email to the shop and they sent me the doc by email. The refund was on my account few day after the reception. All good!

I like how helpful their customer service representatives are. Their prices are also good. The only improvement could be the response time but with a response within 48 hours they are certainly not doing bad compared to the rest of the industry

Best prices and great service. Only the best parts and fast delivery from Germany to Holland. Only thing is you cannot pay Ideal only bank account or credit card. With bank account it takes a day longer to check the money between the accounts.

Maybe a little faster delivery could be nice and website can be little bit slow. But , but everything is top-notch. Customer support, quality, feedback, item return policy... I will recommend!! Also best price And I'm a bike shop owner.

I once wrote them about a delay I thought one of my orders has had. Actually it was my fault because I didn’t realise that in the initial mail they had informed me about that. Nevertheless they were so polite and answered me at once.

Simple to find what you need. Maybe try and look at your shipping costs. Can become expensive if you need more than one item. Maybe have one price for multiple products. Pay for the largest product and add the remaining products.

Best price in the world. They ship the parcel within 48 hours. Packaging needs to be improved. Twice I have received the parcel ripped/broken and inside items damaged. Heavy items need to be sent with heavy duty packaging.
