Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Good but often too pricey

Good site, product easy to find. They have a lot but not a great lot. The shipping costs to the Netherlands are also a bit on the spicy side but if the product i need does not exceed the competition with the shipping costs included I go for it. The competiton is often cheaper so BD is usually my last resort.

I ordered a bike costing €3500.- was delivered with play on the headtube. Also, none of the bolts were lubricated. And the saddle was mounted without anti seize paste. Big mistake, if you ask me... Other than that, great bike, great price and send within 2 weeks...

The £gb prices did not show tax😡

The £gb prices did not show clearly they were excluding tax for exports to the U.K. I had to pay 20% tax on top of the shown price when it cleared customs in the U.K. Beware if you are buying form the U.K. Otherwise service and products are very good.

Item i ordered has missing items. The only thing the customer service can do is give me a discount on the item. They can not send the missing part or a replacement item.

Nice shop, abysmal international delivery

Bike-discount itself is fine but their delivery partner (DHL/Deutsche Post) is horrible, parcels disappear for 2-3 weeks between Germany and destination country

Actually, the prices should already adjust themselves if you have selected the correct delivery country. Ideally, you should log in to your customer account before shopping. Sometimes it also helps to refresh the browser. In any case, the prices displayed at checkout are correct.
