Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Ordered a pair of dt swiss wheels. Received 4 days after normal shipping length. The package was damaged and the wheels hubs caps were damaged. They proposed me to send back the wheels by myself or give me a 15€ voucher to compensate. Did not want to faf any more with this website and fixed the wheels by myself for 30€. In the end I payed almost the same price as in other closer online shops. Will not order again.

Initially you chose to have the front wheel replaced, we informed you that this was easily possible and explained how to obtain return documentation and a label. You then decided that you would like to keep the item after all and have the end cap replaced locally. We offered you a voucher. Unfortunately, we have not heard back from you since then. Stock problem and slow refunding

With my last order I had some issues because the physical stock was not updated in the system. Because of this issue I had to cancel the order and bike-discount has chosen a form to refund my money that it takes a lot of time. Now I am speaking of 3 weeks since I am waiting for the money into my account and still counting. Otherwise on previous orders I didn't had any issues and the items where well packed.

Schönes Bike aber…

Hab mir seit langer Zeit mal wieder ein Fahrrad zugelegt. Lieferzeit ca. 3 Wochen wie angegeben. Verpackung/Lieferung super. Leider habe ich mega Probleme mit der Schaltung diese springt und hakt, grade bergauf habe ich schon echt geflucht, wenn die Pedale auf einmal nen sprung machen. Hätte erwartet das ich an einen neuen Fahrrad erstmal nicht Hand anlegen muss.

The seller changed the carrier without my consent. I deliberately chose to purchase from Bike Disout using the carrier DPD. If I had known that the parcel would arrive by DHL courier, I would not have decided to purchase it. The store doesn't see any problem with it, but I had very big problems receiving the shipment.

Out of stock item - lagging information

The critical spare part, that I was especially after, and the reason for picking the shop, was out of stock, and this was informed only after the order was processed and dispatched. Maybe an occasional mishap, but not good anyhow. Otherwise spotless as usual.

No discounts and long delivery times.

Delivery to Finland takes almost 2 weeks in practice. Earlier history isn’t involved in anyway in pricing - I mean there are no rewards or free delivery costs of being a long time customer or even if you buy for example more than 200 euros.

DHL Freight in Germany are not good, and they do not respond at all to emails, my bike arrived late and I missed an important event, Because of this the discount is not worth the hassle, it took 26 days from order date to recieve the bike.

Delivery problems with DPD

Never had delivery problems before when using DHL. First order delivered using DPD went really bad. The customer support at Bike-Discount handled it very well but in my opinion Bike-Discount should reconsider their partnership with DPD.

Great offering but not free returns

I've been very satisfied with the shop earlier. I've bought over 1000 euros worth of items from them. But, now I discovered that they don't provide free returns. Customer needs to pay for shipping both ways which is unfair.

In our webshop, we inform you transparently in several places about the assumption of the return costs. The shipping cost to Madeira island should be rethought, there are other online shops with cheaper and faster shipping prices using the same carriers, shipping is also restricted to different components !

I received a bike winter tyre with a metal stud missing. They won't send me a stud with installation tool. Only option is to send the tyre back and order a new one and pay for another delivery costs 15€.

the dpd delivery is very bad, they do not do what is agreed per telephone. Please allow another delivery , eg ups, for a few euros more? the shop itself is good.

Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of returning goods from every country. If it is a justified complaint, we will of course bear the costs for the return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs from Finland for selection orders and similar transactions.
