Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
Muuten huippu firma, mutta tilaamani uusi Fox Factory Grip2 oli huippukuntoinen uutena ja kaikki toimi kuten pitäisikin tuon hintaluokan tuotteessa toimia.
Huomioiden, että kyse oli Fox brändin yksi kruunuisten keulojen lippulaivamallista, niin sen hajoamisen siinä vaiheessa, kun keula on makuuhuoneessani ihailtavana ja odottamassa asentamista.
Testasin tuotteen toimivuutta ja yhtäkkiä hidas reboud lakkasi toimimasta täysin.
Se liikkui vain nopean reboudin mukan 8 napsua.
Syy miksi annoin 4/5 ei tietenkään ole tuotteen viallisuus, vaan että mitkä olivat firman tarjotut huolto vaihtoehdot.
Olisi pitänyt lähettää tuote heille arvioitavaksiSuomesta Saksaan ja sieltä taas ties minne, joka olisi voinut viedä kuukausia. Kerroin että lähetän viralliselle Suomessa toimivalle Foxin tuotteiden viralliselle maahantuojalle ja hullolle.
Se ei ollut heidän ehdotuslistassa miten toimia vaikka tämä olisi palvellut asiakkaan tarpeita parhaiten ja olisin saanut noin 1.5 viikossa keulan takaisin täysin toimivana.
Näin myös tein.

Fast delivery and competitive pricing. One quite annoying thing though is that as logged in user from Finland, prices state that 24% VAT is added, even though only 19% VAT is included in the price and the 5% increment is added at the checkout phase. E.g. 19,99€ item will cost you 20,83€.

I cannot complain how fast the items ordered were processed and handed other to DHL.
DHL has however taken possession of the items ordered on the 3rd of February and as at the 22nd of February the items which were shipped by air have not yet been delivered.

Nice products and price, but had some With payment and could not get any help from service desk.
There was also an issue with size tabel for rhe swimsuit. GB and D size was not showed in a good way. So it was to small

Everything is great, only a small complaint about the delivery within Croatia, there is no email or mobile notification when the package arrives, the delivery person will call you when he is in front of the house.

prices are for germany, and they increase once they are added to the card. It I already set my account and added country, I would assume prices will be already adjusted before going into the cart

I like the after sales service and problem solving by the employees.
Regarding what to do better is that some products are out of stock. So if you can try your best to get them back in stock

Shop for the patient.
I bought the bike at a very good price.
I waited a very long time for delivery and this is bad.
The bike is very poorly assembled. Everything needs to be improved.

Easy to buy with reasonable prices. Export shipping costs for small items are relatively high. On the other hand, shipping has been reliable and trustworthy so far.

Return policy should be better. Returning items under 50€ isn't possible, why??
Adding more items to existing order before shipment is not possible!!

Need improvement: shipping cost should be 0 within EU for orders above certain value (e.g. above 200EUR)
