Please, I don't want to receive shipments via DHL anymore, they keep losing my shipments and the delivery time is three times longer than usual and their delivery is too expensive, the tracking information on their app is not correct, they are a nightmare for delivery, thank you! DPD is an excellent delivery agency, they are always accurate and the delivery information on the application is also correct, and the delivery price is very favorable.

I've had an exceptional collaboration with BIKE-DISCOUNT for a long time, so I can't single out anything special, everything is special. From ads, good prices, discounts, through shopping and shipping, everything is perfect! There are other online shops in Germany, but this one is special! My only suggestion would be to be a little more prompt when reading post-purchase messages. Everything is SUPER, SUPER, SUPER 👍👍👍

Delivery speed and order handling accuracy is excellent. If I have to point the area for improvement, it would be related to package robustness - more robust boxes to be used to avoid damage on the box content. I have not experienced damaged products yet but the overall package shape and condition sometimes can be very poor due to carrier misshandling.

Fast shipping, wide selection of products and great prices make for a good experience. The site could be improved by more filtering options based on for example usecase or technical specifications and measurements. The current system works well if you have already decided what to buy but not if you want to browse the available options.

I order parts from Bike Discount 3 or 4 times a year - their website is superb - informative and comprehensive, stock availability is genereally excellent and turn around of orders is very quick. On the one occaision I had to return an item the process was efficient and painless - well done.

The site is clear and easy to navigate, the prices are very good and the delivery was fast and reliable. The product itself is very good and arrived in perfect condition. The only thing I can possibly mention as an improvement, is that it would have been nice to find my size in other colors.

As ususal, the order was processed fast and it was also sent and received very quick. I could found anything I wanted on the site and the information about the products was very helpful so I coud pick the right sizes and items, according to my needs.

Nothing could be better... Item was shipped quickly and arrived with full tracking information. Price compared to the UK was so much lower it made importing it and still paying the taxes a lot cheaper than the UK competition. Thank you Bike-Discount!

competitive prices; (mixed components as a package eg. brakes (4 pistons front, 2 pistons rear); better shifters with mid calipers, etc. ; I also like OEM components, that can be bought at a lower prices (the only difference being packaging)

Good prices and free returns I feel that the price is lower than some other shops. I also like the search. On my last order, I made a mistake and chose a part in the wrong size. The return process was elementary, and the refund was fast.

Excellent shop, good prices and good service. The only problem is the shipment. Its says DHL but they sent it with post and it takes to long to deliver. You must give the option of quick delivery by real DHL
