Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Would give you excellet if you would: 1. reply to my benchmarked email with lower price of your competitor in the past as there was better price offered but no counter offer or at least answer from BD.
2. BD could offer also some additional discount to regular costumers this is why I have also purchased elswhere sometimes. Best Regards

fast service and delivery!
user friendly website. Fast service. Prompt communication over the phone when needed. The only negative is that on the website it said that the bike was coming without pedals so we ordered a set, to find out that the bicycle had pedals on it, so we had an extra pair which we will return. The rest was great. Thank you for the service.

Bons descontos mas (atenção) os preços incluem IVA a 19% e, para quem compra, fora da Alemanha deverá verificar o valor após aplicado o IVA do país de destino. Os descontos podem não ser tão grandes como parecem e, por vezes, o mesmo produto está mais barato noutras lojas online.

Awesome selection and great prices
Great shop - awesome selection and great prices! Over the years the shipping speed has varied a bit, but Bike-Discount have been on point in 2023 essentially packing and shipping all of my orders the same day. Never had any issues returning or exchanging items, though I have only ever had to do that 2 or 3 times in about 10 years.

Best place to buy bikes and bike parts
Bike-Discount offers a huge portfolio of bike gear that will please the most passionate bikers. Their fulfillment process is very quick and efficient and their team is super responsive. I’ve already bought 5 bikes with them and numerous bike parts, accessories and cleaning products without any problem. I strongly recommend them.

Great place to by my bike gear. I am riding MTB and have used B-D for many years and have experienced that parts for older bikes with discontinued technology are pretty farst taken of the shelf. I would appreciate if older technology parts would be available longer at least as parts that can be ordered with longer lead time.

Fast, reliable, prices are reasonable. When I'm looking for some spare parts, personally I don't like the classification according to the different bicycle types (road, mtb etc). Too often I have to look for a particular item in many different categories. Also you could have more filtering options in the search result pages.

i ordered the wrong part but only figured it out after i already paid.made a phone call and the order was canceled and refunded very fast! but i had to make a new order so lost a few days because i waited for the money first,would be nice if they kept the money but just changed my order in the first place when i called them.

The delivery was as expected, the after sales was partially good and could also be better. The information concerning a particular request (possibility to place a frame lock)was not given correctly . But they were helpful when I told there was no bike bell although it is a legal requirement, they immediately send me one.

The shop and service is good overall, and of course we all shop here because of the price.
The only down side is that they use the worst possible shipping solution for overseas and don't offer any express service.
Standard DHL can take more than 3 weeks to ship something. I had packages from China that arrived faster.
Wanted to replace a broken derailleur. Mission accomplished.
Could find the bike pieces i needed and at a good price (Di² shimano GRX front and rear deraileurs), came quick already placed on one of my bikes and already rode a 400 km as qualification for Paris-Brest-Paris. Will probably buy also another set (Di² maybe for 40 teeth at the back - and maybe also a mechanical one).

No.1 choice for both delivery service and price in the whole of Europe
Fantastic value and excellent delivery. They get products to me faster from Germany to France than ordering from France to France. Their stock levels seem very accurate and honest. I have ordered many items from bike-discount.de and they are now my No.1 choice for both delivery service and price in the whole of Europe.
I like the big assortment however i miss a few items of which i at this moment have no specific examples.
What could be improved is the time between ordering and shipping. However i know hete in the netherlands are about the only country in the world that had sameday handling and shipping so i might be just spoiled!

Everything I put in the order does not get lost. (Because as far as I can see, if I put it in the order, it disappears after a couple of days). For example, I need one week to prepare what I want. If after a week I want to close the order and there is no product, you can mark it with red or green if it is available.

Bike finally arrived
Bike arrived 😁 and it was exactly what I ordered and it needed very little work to be able to ride it.
However it was 24 days after the initial order and payment. Little information from DHL and bike was delivered a day earlier than estimated delivery date. Fortunately someone was at home to receive the delivery.

The prices is good compared to my country, the delivery time normal (as within EU). The return of the misordering was easy and correct, back-payment arrived within the promised limit. Customer service answered within a day.

bike24.com changes the prices after selecting Finland as a delivery destination. The bike parts are really detailed and the buying takes a long time. The prices should be set before selecting the items to buy. I'm assuming bike24.de and bike24.com are the same shop. There were no problems in bikediscount.com .

I use Bike Discount above all others as the service is second to none and very fast delivery.
Prices are much better than other retailers.
I have never had an issue with them, I even mistakenly returned an item and they sent it back free of charge although it was my fault.

Fast warehouse activities, shipping and delivery are impressive. It is easy and fast to find products at web shop. Product offering is current and prices are competitive.
I sometimes miss parts related to fatbikes. These fatbike components I have to buy elsewhere: tires, cranks and bottom brackets.

To improve: Other competitors provide free shipping for order over 200Euro or just ask for a mere 2Euro contribution. As well as for small order the shipping costs are lower than yours.
This last order was over 300 Euro and I had to pay on top 15 Euro of shipping costs... Honestly, I didn't like it.
