Overall a pleasant experience, but... - the delivery is frequently postponed and the wines arrive late - I had an issue with a promo code that you gave me, I didn't manage to redeem it and you did not offer me another one after I complained - in my last order I received an oxidized wine (see the attached picture - the cork was succumbed into wine) and I don't know hot to get a replacement (in a regular wine shop you just return the corked/oxidized wine and receive another one as replacement) Other than that a pleasant experience and I will order again as you have a very nice collection of wines.

They have a great selection of wines. The wine that I ordered was dispatched quickly, in good quality boxes. And, the quality of the wine was as hoped for, very tasty. So why not 5 stars? The wine was sent via UPS to be delivered at home. But guess what, UPS prefers to deliver it at a central point vs. home delivery. We stayed at home to receive it... but UPS did not take the trouble.

The assortment that is hardly to find elsewhere.

I ordered wine on May 27th, It arrived on the 6th June in a inadequate box with 5 of the 6 bottles I ordered loose in a cigarette carton One bottle had obviously broken in transit as the invoice was stained with wine. Who ever repacked the remaining bottles did so poorly, following discussions with 8wine the matter was rectified.

Good experience, greatwines, speedy delivery. I'm jusorry they don't deliver other products from South Africa . For example, biltong, braaivleis and boerewors! You know, to compliment the wine .

Great shop .. Fair prices and very good logistics, from the package to the delivery time. As improvement I would suggest more and more diverse tasting box, even creating the "paring box"

UPS did not deliver at our house, but in a UPS access point, although we were at home all day long....

Perfecte levering. Maar er is meer tijd nodig om de wijn te kunnen beoordelen.
