Reviews:

The floor nozzle of my bagless Grundig vacuum cleaner had a short hose connection made of substandard material, which became defective after about 1.5 years. Looking for a replacement, I quickly found the MisterVac shop through the model number. The ordering and purchasing process went very smoothly, just as one would hope. The replacement part was delivered in 2 working days and proved to be robust and excellent in function. You can tell that a product developer put thought into this, for example, the floor nozzle can bend vertically, allowing the suction tube and hose to stand by themselves. The entire vacuum cleaner has actually received a noticeable upgrade thanks to the new floor nozzle. The price-performance ratio is therefore hardly beatable, all in all, without a doubt: 5 stars!

Fast and professional handling. Everything went perfectly and the delivered item fits exactly. Gladly again.

Great product and a very fast delivery. As a building service provider, we use a lot of vacuum cleaner bags. We are very satisfied with the quality. Keep it up!

The vacuum bag fits perfectly in my vacuum cleaner. I especially like that it is made from a soft material that fits very well to the interior of the vacuum. Overall, I find it very good and will definitely reorder when I need new ones. Thank you for a very quality product.

Unfortunately, the floor nozzle for the Miele vacuum cleaner S 326i Cat & Dog is not 100% compatible. It cannot be hooked onto the vacuum cleaner for storage (no chance) and it is not 180 degrees rotatable at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner tube like the original, but significantly less, which makes vacuuming under cabinets and shelves a bit more laborious. Therefore, only 4 stars, otherwise I would have given 5 (handling, shipping).

The customer service due to a complaint was great. Improvement in the correct model specification for vacuum cleaner bags would be recommended.

I was looking for a Hepa filter for my vacuum cleaner.\nMisterVac was the only one who could help me!

Goods were delivered quickly and matched the description. All good. Would happily order again.

Replacement motor for Miele vacuum cleaner was delivered on time as ordered and works perfectly.

I was able to quickly and easily find suitable replacement filters for my cyclone vacuum cleaner. The delivery was fast and securely packed. The quality of the products is very good. I can recommend MisterVac without hesitation.

Personal contact person who took care of sending a new replacement part because something got broken in the mail.

Delivery was fast, it looks good too. But with the fitting it's more difficult, I only got the filter in with force. It fits very tightly!

Immediate delivery of the vacuum cleaner bags. They also fit in my MasterClean central vacuum.

Only the delayed delivery by DHL due to workload dampens the positive impression a bit. During the delivery process, I was constantly updated on the current status by Mister VaC and DHL. I also want to positively mention the drop-off at the package station.

Product was delivered for testing, unfortunately ordered incorrectly by me and smooth processing upon return.

Delivery was slightly delayed due to illness, but the communication regarding it was excellent. I haven't been able to test the product yet.

The MisterVac Shop is very clear, has a good search function, and placing an order is clear and easy. The prices and price advantages are, of course, great.

The delivery was prompt, the replacement motor fit perfectly. I even managed to install it.

Everything went very well with the delivery. The part was in order and fit perfectly. I will order from you more often.

Simple order, fast delivery. Bag and filter are ok. Unfortunately, the filter can only be clipped on, as there is no hole in the base for the locking nut.
