Speaking to representative LIVE. (Christopher, very helpful and nice). I was considering three different patterns of flatware from three different manufacturers and called Sambonet NJ office with a couple of questions as a starting point. Instead of shopping further, I decided to purchase Linea Q on the spot.
Excellent service and follow up.

The way customer service should be!
Product was lovely but did not work for me. The level of customer service and the ease of the return was so unexpected. In this day and age, it is remarkable to be able to call and speak with a live human. Christopher was lovely and helpful and a great representative for this top-drawer company. Thank you Sambonet!

The website was great. Beautiful designs
The website was great, ordering was easy and delivery was like clockwork. The product is beautiful . They are such a sleek and graceful design. I ordered Dream place settings. However I was quite dismayed to find the that backs of the forks and spoons were hollow ! I nearly sent them back. But the knives are superb, good weight, balanced, and I decided the other utensils will be acceptable. But I wish they were all equally formed.

Awesome customer service!
Even though I had to cancel my order because of a bridal registry discrepancy, Chris completed the transaction, and followed up with a refund in less than a week. He was exceptionally professional, kind, and was very easy to work with!

Stunning product. I was fortunate enough to see these at a Michelin star restaurant and fell in love. I am now working on ordering a full set for our Family Family.

I have Used, and Enjoyed my Sambonet Cutlery on a Daily Basis for Almost Forty-Five (45) Years, and am Gratified to Hold Each Piece that is Durable, and Magnificently Fabricated. I have Replaced a Few Pieces Not because they have Worn, but because Guests have, Inadvertently, Discarded them !
