The website was great, ordering was easy and delivery was like clockwork.The product is beautiful . They are such a sleek and graceful design. I ordered Dream place settings. However I was quite dismayed to find the that backs of the forks and spoons were hollow ! I nearly sent them back. But the knives are superb, good weight, balanced, and I decided the other utensils will be acceptable. But I wish they were all equally formed.
