My order could not be shipped because of a delay from the manufacturer, but I got an instant request if I would like to change the material of my order to something they have in stock or if I prefer to wait a little bit longer to get what I ordered. Most websites won't even tell you that your order will be delayed. And I got a reply to my request to wait until it is back in stock on the next day with en estimate when they should have it. 10/10 customer service in my book.

I’ve never received my order there’s no update from the seller if it’s shipped a tracking number or any info. I demand a refund for my money.
