Superb porch in terms of quality of components, overall design (many play and course possibilities) and sturdiness. The children love it. It should just be noted that the wood is not treated, which I did with two coats of saturator. I also added small concrete plates so that the feet and the rope of the ladder do not rot in the ground.

Product matches the advertisement. Clear instructions for assembly. Complete accessories included. However, it is stated that the garden cabinet should stand by the wall, but not that it should be screwed to the wall. This is hardly possible with exterior walls with insulation (Support). However, I have found a solution

Very satisfied and happy with the cottage.
Soon after the order, the message arrived that the shipment was packed and ready to be dispatched. The playhouse is fun, and we have covered the windows and made half of the roof detachable, so we can use the house as cushion storage. Because we find this house much nicer and more beautiful than a plastic box or cabinet.

Beautiful playhouse with assembly complications
The ordered playhouse looks beautiful once set up like in the pictures and appears stable. The children are happy.
However, the assembly took longer than necessary due to some errors. I had to drill new holes several times, otherwise, the screws would have collided. Unfortunately, some trimming was also needed on the floor. It was a bit bothersome.
I eventually stopped counting how often it creaked or fine cracks appeared while screwing.
Whether this will affect the long-term durability will only become apparent in the coming months/years.

Very beautiful but challenging
The wood and craftsmanship are very beautiful. However, if you are not a professional craftsman, it takes at least 2 hours to assemble. The individual boards are partly very difficult to connect with the screws, and even with a power drill, a lot of strength is needed. I repeatedly had to remove screws because they were driven in crooked. For a woman, this is a challenge... it would certainly be easier if the manufacturer pre-drilled at least small holes. Otherwise, the sandbox is a very beautiful piece!

Fast delivery and friendly, helpful customer service!
The order was delivered quickly, but unfortunately it was not the right version.
After contacting customer service, it turned out that the pavilion we had ordered would never be available. However, the manufacturer/supplier had not communicated this, so Toys and Garden could not do anything about it.
The contact with customer service was excellent, I was treated kindly and the pavilion will be returned.
Unfortunately, there is no suitable alternative for us, but that is not Toys and Garden's fault.
I will definitely place an order here again in the future.

Shipping dachser: sms and mail with appointment, after appointment confirmation came cancellation. The appointment was moved without inquiry to the next business day, it was okay for me, but if I hadn’t been home I’d have been very annoyed.
Packages: all elongated pallets were delivered upright on a pallet, including a tension strap around. Unfavorable in windy conditions, had to immediately bring everything to horizontal -> impossible alone (everything tips)
Goods: except for small cracks in order, screws not labeled and quantity tight, instructions are in the box with the part where the door is (needed only at the end)
Assembly: at least 2 adults with craftsmanship skills necessary, instructions only with pictures

A big bravo for the efficiency of the service!
I bought a wooden playhouse for my son's birthday, and the pallet arrived damaged, holed, and crushed. Toys and Garden did what was necessary very quickly to send me a playhouse in time for the birthday. I have no feedback on the quality of the purchased product, but I recommend this site because they are understanding and efficient in case of issues. The delivery went well too.

Wooden structure that appears to be of quality (fairly thick sections), clear assembly plan. Only drawback: the enormous price difference between the green slide (classic) and the other colors.
It would be interesting to offer complementary articles that can truly associate with the structure (model AXI SAM playground), such as a sandbox that could be integrated into the base of the main structure (sandbox with a bottom and a cover).

2 beautiful garden sets, mosaic of glazed (leaves) or real stones (star grey brown). Both really very beautiful, handmade and solid. Friendly service with a real person on the phone for any questions. Everything excellently packaged and transported and delivered very quickly. I am particularly happy and satisfied. Recommended!

Very professional
I find the entire process: the offer on the website, the order with payment options, the delivery, and finally the quality of the item, to be very professional. The assembly went without issues, everything fitted perfectly.

Good product, but...
Improve the fixing of the posts to the ground. The offered pins are only suitable for sand.\nNext, the feet must rest on a flat surface, so create one: concrete or other.\nFinally, the screws should be stainless steel and Torx head.\nI think the wall support is not necessary, it should be offered as an option.\nFor the rest, it's a good product, solid.

A brilliant Wendy house - the children love it!!!
I would highly recommend this Wendy house for anyone not wanting to spend a fortune - it does the job brilliantly! Whilst it is a little flimsy, it is such a lovely design with lots of interesting features which the children love! We’ve only had it up a week and they have enjoyed hours of play! Very efficient delivery, really pleased with the product and the company.

The slide is rather disappointing and, honestly, for the amount paid, I expected a considerably higher quality. It is practically all plastic, and the central part of the slide, i.e., the part on which the child slides, consists of a thin plastic sheet to be inserted between the two side pieces. A solution that really gives a feeling of little solidity.
Even the swings are quite cheap in materials, and overall, the structure does not at all meet the expectations I had considering the price.
Added to this is the assembly: it really requires many hours and a good dose of patience. The number of screws and pieces to assemble is impressive and makes assembling much longer and more laborious than expected.
Overall, I am quite disappointed: for what it costs, I definitely expected more robust materials, a more solid structure, and a considerably better general quality.

Rug instead of sunbed
I ordered a sunbed via the website. After delivery, there was no sunbed in the box but an outdoor rug.
Fortunately, I could reach the company by phone. I was promptly assisted, and within 24 hours, I received the correct sunbed sent to my home. A nice surprise was that I also got to keep the outdoor rug. I call that super service!!!!

Playhouse
This type of playhouse is relatively cheap and the children really enjoy it with the open windows.
Small children are quite clumsy and it's all a bit fragile, so I've had to use a lot of extra screws and mounting kits to repair everything that breaks.
I estimate the expected lifespan to be 1 year. It is not strong enough. The children climb on it, and it is not designed for that.

We were very satisfied with everything. From the order to the delivery, everything worked very well and very quickly. There was a small transport damage on one of the parts of the playhouse. A joint solution was quickly found here.
Everything is highly recommended.
The children love their new playhouse including garden bench.

The company's service. The order of 2 axi bear chairs had been lost at the transport depot. After contacting Toys and Garden twice, a new free order was immediately placed, and the chairs were there the next day.
They are sturdy chairs, easy to assemble.
The white paint is somewhat sparse.

Excellent patio set, good quality, arrived on time, well packaged and protected from damage. It is now placed in my outdoor Polycrub growing space, as a lovely set to sit and relax in, when working in the Polycrub. Highly recommend.

Great service and quick delivery.
Great service and quick delivery to the UK. We order from here as the warranty was greater than that we found with similar products in the uk. Instructions were clear and it was easy to put together. Very happy with all the service and would certainly order again.
