I was amazed to receive the product just 2 days after my order; they really exceeded expectations with regards to delivery. It was well packaged and everything was included for mounting into my Pergola. I have installed oil boilers, gas boilers and wood burning stoves before so I intended to install it myself but the instructions for the assembly were very poor and for the flue they were very hard to find. They cautioned me that I should have a professional installer do it in case of any doubt but this would have doubled the price of the product! Due to my experience I was able to work it out but DO NOT INSTALL IT YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT! I would have appreciated the same level of instructions that came with my wood fired Pizza oven, i.e. several pages of step by step instructions. This is not hard to do and once done costs nothing to include in the box. It should also be noted on the website that they strongly recommend that the roof kits are installed by a professional installer.
