The part delivered was as described. Thanks.
The only thing I think was overkill was the delivery method (to the door by express delivery company PostNord) that was IMHO excessive as I only ordered new (rubber) drive belt for my old turntable. I would have been happy with less expensive method (letter / envelope) as it the product is very small and weight few grams).
I would actually suggest that there would be option (based on size/weight of the ordered product) for customers to select. It would also be more environmentally friendly to be able to use regular post service for small orders.

Tuote tilattu 13.5. Eikä se ole vielä tullu perille!
On oltu sähköpostitse yhteydessä asiakas palveluun kysymyksien kanssa. Saatu vastauksia, mutta ei kysymyksiimme. Olemme kertoneet mm. että lähdemme matkalle ja toimituksellä on jo kiire, aikaa enää 2 päivää, sitten ei ole vastaanottajaa ennenkuin 5.6. jälkeen.
Lupaamanne toimitusajat ovat jo ylittyneet selvästi. 22.5. lähetys on ilmeisesti tullut Suomeen, mutta kun kysyimme milloin se on meillä tai mistä sen voi noutaa, siihen ei ole saatu vastausta.
Meidän eläkelaisperheen näkökulmasta toimintanne on ollut kaikilta osin välttävää ja liikaa oletusarvoista sille asialle, että asiakas selvittää missä pakettimme on.
Olemme hyvin pettyneitä teihin.

Toimitusajan piti olla 2-4 päivää, kolme viikkoa on mennyt eikä varaosaa näy! Yhteydenottoihin vastataan tosi hitaasti, eikä mitään tapahdu. Vika on kuulema kuljetuksessa, kuski väittää osoitetta puutteelliseksi. Osoite on ollut täsmälleen oikein jo tilauksessa, mutta se on silti tarkistettu jo kahdesti - kaupungissa hyvin viitoitetulla kadulla hyvin merkityssä talossa - ei vaikutusta!

Verkkosivujen palaitusohjeet eivät toimi. Asiakaspalvelu "selvittelee"asiaa, mutta ei kuitenkaan anna palautusohjeita tuotepalautusta varten.
Asiakasta pyydetty "räjäyttämään" palautettava tuote (selvästikään asiskaspalvelu ei ole suomenkielinen, vaan käytössä jonkinlsinen käännöskone ) ...no "selvitelläänpä" vielä hetki , ennen kuin käännytään kuluttajasiamiehen puoleen

We did send you a question before ordering, but we did get an answer. In addition the delivery took longer than expected more than 7 days and in fact it was not delivered to home, but a kiosk. My mother is retired and 88 years old and has difficulties to move. Your service is not the best one, not even near, I have seen.

Takes way too long to get a reply for an email. Also having to pay your return postage fees is not good customer service.
There also should be a readily made form and postage stickers inside the package incase customer wants to return an item.

the spare part did not fit the dishwasher. the original is much smaller than the new one. could you please send a spare part of the correct size? the model of the dishwasher is whirlpool ADPU 5300 IX.

Poor description and sus website
Poor description of the product so one’s purchase can be misleading. Finnish website is obviously automatically translated so seems suspicious.
There is absolutely nothing coming with the product- for example no receipt or paperwork about your return policy.
Unfortunately will not be buying anything from the website again.

Return process very difficult and complicated. It took one week to get permission to return the item I ordered. This was the first and last time to order anything. Same items you can order from other dealers and even less price.
