The only thing I think was overkill was the delivery method (to the door by express delivery company PostNord) that was IMHO excessive as I only ordered new (rubber) drive belt for my old turntable. I would have been happy with less expensive method (letter / envelope) as it the product is very small and weight few grams).
I would actually suggest that there would be option (based on size/weight of the ordered product) for customers to select. It would also be more environmentally friendly to be able to use regular post service for small orders.
My 2 cents.
I ordered a product 20.6 that was supposed to be in stock and to be delivered fast. On 30.6 I enquired what is happening and the message was that it wasn't in stock and external provider has informed about a delay. I was told on 4.7 that I can cancel the order, which I said I want to on 5.7.
However, on 11.7 I got a message from Post Nord about a delivery, and I had already purchased and received the produt from elsewhere, since I needed it fast. I asked about a returning and I was told that I need to do it at my own expense. Fixpart would have done it with 20€ service, but I just marched to my local post office since I didn't want to get anymore poor service from Fixpart. The returning of the product cost me almost 30€, which I lost due to this farce.
Therefore I cannot reccommend this to anyone as you might understand.

Customer support is non-existing (fixpart.fi), no answers to emails, phone numbers nowhere to be found. We ordered package of two hinges, got only one and that was damaged during the delivery. We would like to get both hinges, undamaged, but it's impossible to get answers on how this would happen. Unethical to leave customers on their own when problems exist.

I ordered a part to a frigderator, and by my mistake, it was wrong. I informed the supplier about this and I asked instructions for return. After 3 emails I finally got the instructions!! And the best part is yet to come, you have to pay the return yourself, all the way to Belgium. This order took place in Finland and I was never informed that I am dealing with Belgium.

Your method of transportation your "goods" to your customers is under all scale. In the scale from 1 to 10, your rating is 0 !!! Yes, you can see it! Zero, Nill, 0. Guess what? Another service partner can deliver these parts two times faster than you.

I ordered a Melitta coffee pot. When the package arrived, the coffee pot was broken. Because of bad packaging.
I sent customer feedback but at first I didn't get any response.
It took 1.5 months to fix the order.
The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered.

Fixpart sent me a wrong product (worth about 70 euros) and to return it I need to pay over 80 euros to the carrier service. So to get my 70 euros back I need to pay 80 euros. This is outrageous! I'll never order anything from this piece of s*** company again.

That’s not perhaps your fault but Postnord didn’t deliver the order neither yesterday nor today as agreed. No any calls or messages. We have been waiting home on both days.

Tilasin jääkaappiin hyllyt. Kokoa ei löytynyt esitteestä ja hyllyt olikin väärän kokoiset. Lähetys kustannuksista ei puhuttu mitään ja kun lähetin tuotteet takaisin jouduin vielä maksamaan yli 40€ En tilaa ikinä enään mitään enkä suosittele.

Tavaraa ei ole tullut vielä. Tuli tekstiviesti, että tavara toimitetaan 10-15 minuutin kuluessa kotiin. Ei kukaan voi olla paikalla 15 minuutissa, jos on töissä tai muualla. Paketti pitää jättää johonkin noutopisteeseen.
