Hello, I have finished assembling the machine, but I am experiencing an issue with the carriage sliding along the two vertical guide rods. The cable and pulleys are working correctly. However, even without any weight loaded, the carriage shows abnormal resistance: when positioned at the very top, it can remain completely stuck and suspended instead of sliding down. In the middle of the travel, the movement is much smoother. Near the bottom, it can get stuck again and sometimes only releases by itself after around 20–30 seconds. I have cleaned and lightly lubricated both guide rods, but this did not significantly improve the issue. The problem therefore seems to come from the carriage movement itself or from the alignment of the guide rods rather than from the cable. Could you please let me know whether this behavior is normal and, if not, what procedure you recommend to fix it? I can also provide a video clearly showing the issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am completely satisfied with my order. Customer service was extremely dedicated, friendly, and helpful. The ordered item exactly matches the description, is of very high quality, and fully meets my expectations. Everything went smoothly from ordering to processing. Overall, an absolutely positive experience – gladly again!

The order went exceptionally smoothly and without any complications. The purchase process was intuitive, and all product information was clearly presented. The store kept informing about the status of fulfillment, which provided a sense of full control over the order. The delivery arrived faster than I expected, which pleasantly surprised me. The package was securely packed, ensuring the equipment arrived in perfect condition. The assembly of the upper pull was simple thanks to the well-prepared instructions. The MH-W108 2.0 construction is very stable and made from high-quality materials. The equipment works smoothly, and the rope movement is even and quiet. The pull works great for both back and arm training. I also appreciate the compact form, which fits perfectly in a home gym. The product looks modern and aesthetically pleasing after being mounted on the wall. Exercises on it are comfortable and provide a sense of full control over the load. It's definitely equipment that met my expectations. I confidently recommend both the pull and the store service.

Robust, versatile, and very elegant tools and accessories. The folding bench, in particular, is very well designed and saves a lot of space. Simple and quick assembly. Attentive, cooperative, and very available customer service. Highly recommended! ;)

I bought a pull-up bar. It arrived much faster than stated online. It is very sturdy. Only the paint layer is a bit less in some areas. But for the price of 180 euros, I believe you can't complain about something like this. Very satisfied!! I am 1.90 m tall, and you can see (in the second photo) that I still have to stand on my toes to reach the bar.

Fast order processing and quick acknowledgment of the complaint - the missing elements were sent the next day (missing 2 supports for the squat bar, one triceps bar had a hole at a different angle, making one handle a few cm higher). Instructions need to be improved, for example, some pages were upside down.

Normally I would give 10 stars because the incline bench is really good and does not wobble. But for the price, the wrenches are outrageous. They are so thin that it hurts in the hand when tightening the screws. Normally, you have decent wrenches at home, but not everyone has them. And what I must criticize about my bench, (I realized it too late) when you want to move the bench elsewhere, it is extremely inconvenient because you cannot fix the backrest due to the stops. Complaining on a high level but still a neutral and objective assessment from my side.

Equipment very well packed, consistent with the description - highly recommend. Shipping could have been a bit faster, but it is a very minor inconvenience. The quality of the equipment definitely compensates for this temporary wait!

Excellent value for money. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the semi-professional series (MS) from Marbo. The bench is impressive, very robust, as well as the preacher and leg developer attachments I also purchased. A qualitative leap for my home gym. Safety and more control.\n\nIn addition, I want to thank the Marbo customer service. One of the pieces arrived slightly damaged and they solved it immediately. Ten out of ten.

Contact with Marbo (they called themselves, asked about delivery date, I had the impression of full coordination on their part and customer care - a huge plus!), professional carrier, everything on time - 48 hours. 😀 Equipment ordered for the home gym, exceeded expectations: complete, well packaged, with clear instructions, and most importantly - very good quality. Nothing wobbles, everything is stable, like Jarek's opinions.. Absolutely no point in saving 10% on Chinese junk. With Marbo equipment, you feel it's an investment for years of trouble-free work and it's definitely the last purchase from me. Ladies and gentlemen from Marbo, my only advice is not to lower the standard :-) !

I am very satisfied. I placed an order earlier and requested shipping on a specific day and there was no problem. There's a bit of work in the assembly (bench, stands, pulley, leg press from the Semi-Pro series), but it's worth it.

The delivery was complete, there was an extra nut and a few washers. Thank you!! The assembly was a bit demanding, you had to take your time. However, it went smoothly. It was okay. I don't like the two screws for securing the height adjustment. They leave marks on the vertical bar. Do you have any instructions or recommendations online for training with the pull-up bar? Can rings also be mounted? In summary: thank you for the reliable delivery and excellent training equipment!

The package announcement stated 'weight 9 kg', I was a bit shocked - but don't worry, the frame probably weighs around 20 kg and makes a very solid impression. Assembly is easy for anyone who has ever held a wrench. Two simple but fully adequate wrenches are included and do a good job. All nuts, hooks, feet, and washers are nicely galvanized. The tubes are not galvanized, but they are seamlessly powder-coated, even in the holes. Eight more washers would be nice - I added those myself. A small scratch - transport damage - I touched it up. It doesn't wobble, stands rock solid, can be transported alone if necessary, with two it's effortless.

I am very satisfied with the ordering process and the quality of the hammock stand.\nA small tip, deliver the stand with wheels, as it is very heavy to move.\nI added wheels myself (see photo)\nGood luck with the sales.\nBest regards,\nGert

Very nice construction. The elements are perfectly aligned. Assembly was successful for my husband 😁 And above all, the children are very satisfied. Maybe even adults will be motivated to exercise 😅 The double swing in the set along with the ladder was a very good choice. And the order itself was processed very quickly. The package was well packed, the elements well secured. Simply a company worth recommending.

Swing frame and nest swing purchased. Upon delivery, the ground anchors were missing. According to the product description, these should have been included. Also, the nest swing could not be attached to the frame because no carabiner hooks or similar were provided. I assumed that if I buy both items, frame and nest swing, from the same supplier, they would be compatible. What a shame!

Product construction, functionality, and versatility (I mean the possibility of mounting a hammock). Moreover, the product is solid and durable. It's a pity I couldn't purchase the hammock and stork nest. Please let me know when it will be possible.

The swing looks really great and after assembly gives a very solid impression. The construction is stable, the child has a lot of fun, and the whole looks aesthetically pleasing and well-made. Big plus for good materials - even without anchoring it stands firmly and safely. The only small drawback concerns the set of screws. There was an odd number in the package, so one screw was missing, and another turned out to be too long. We need to fit and purchase the missing one. Apart from that, we are very satisfied and recommend the swing with a clear conscience 🙂

Upon receiving the package, I found that the packaging was incomplete. Very quickly, I received a promise from support to send the missing parts. In a few days, they were home. I was also warned that I had ordered products that were not compatible. Based on the recommendation, the issue was resolved by returning the incorrect product and ordering the correct piece. Super support. And they have the best prices among the competition.

Starting from the order, payment and very fast delivery, everything was perfect. The product is very logical to assemble, and importantly, although there were many individual parts, everything was complete - bestseller anytime again
