5 star products 5 star customer service from Nienke as usual. 0 star for Dachser logistics I have virtually all of the ironmaster gear and it's quality and durability is second to none. I wish they had a different courier for their large items to Ireland. Dachser logistics i would give 0/5 from each of the 3 interactions I've had with them. it is the only thing preventing from possibly ordering the IM2000.

After I had some trouble with the payment—because my bank apparently wouldn’t accept the company—everything related to the delivery went extremely well. The order went through on Monday, and I received all my equipment by noon on Thursday.   All the equipment was securely packaged and ready to be unpacked. Everything looked good except for one of the two front vertical posts, which had a scratch. Unfortunately, the scratch is located on the part that sticks out at the front, where it is clearly visible.   From that point on, I experienced a few initial difficulties, as there was no physical manual included in the package that I could use for assembly, and the components were not arranged in the order needed. So I had to lay everything out on the floor and organize it myself in my small home gym.   Some of the plastic wrappings were labeled with “R” and “L” (right and left), but only about half of them were correct, which created some confusion.   Aside from the above, I am very pleased with the delivery, and with Matt and his assistant, who have been a great help through YouTube. So thank you, Matt, for a very detailed assembly video.

Tutto perfetto come sempre! Ordine arrivato in tempi veloci e prodotti sempre ottimi!

Delivery on time , easy to assemble, excellent quality, nice commercial gym feel. Changing the plates on the DB's is enjoyable , almost therapeutic. Really good stuff for old school heavy training which is all that really matters when it comes down to it.

I’ve been thinking for a long time about buying the Super Bench PRO 2V and the set of adjustable dumbbells. I finally got them, and I can’t describe how satisfied and positively surprised I am with the quality. First impression is really top-notch. I bet those won’t disappoint in the long run.

I'm happy with the Ironmaster dumbbells, kettlebells and dumbbell PRO stand. This is my second set replacing my original equipment which was stolen. Everything works as expected and feels solid. I'm glad I went for the full sized PRO stand to have enough room to comfortably change the weights at a good work height. The shelf below also has easily reachable space for other equipment and the stand rolls nice and smoothly even though it's carrying a fair amount of weight. Everything was delivered within a few days of my order. One thing to improve would be that Ironmaster provides a quick reference table to simplify the weight changes. I made one myself so that's sorted.

I am delighted with the quality of the design and functionality of the bench and the leg strengthening part. I would have only one complaint. Padded rollers for squatting - they should be rotatable, because the squatting process is familiar to everyone, here the area around the Achilles tendons is static and so it rubs on the skin and does not allow the exercise to be performed as it should be. However, I loosened the screw securing the bar and now it fulfills its proper purpose for performing the exercise. It would need one more improvement and when the machine is used by two people of different sizes, it is quite complicated to transfer the positions of the rollers to perform the exercises due to lengthy screwing.
