If the delivery date is specified as of a certain date, the delivery should not be made 3 days in advance. It is also embarrassing to receive duplicate deliveries! Goodwill is okay but not great if the customer has not made a mistake. Good packaging!

Your service can only be as good as the weakest link in the chain. By using UPS as your courier in the UK you can only get a 1 star review. They failed to deliver our 2 cases of wine even though we were in the house when they called.
