The logistics with the delivery service of UPS to Switzerland failed: First, UPS asked for additional delivery fees of ca. 25% of the total value due to "import taxes", which was never mentioned by CAPREO: Second, UPS failed to deliver 2 times the wine, even though we made sure that someone was at home. CAPREO logistics was not able to sort out the issue with the import taxes and we don't want to pay it - so we had to cancel the order and ask for a refund due to the logistics issues. If this is a consistent issue with delivery to Switzerland, I would recommend not delivering to Switzerland.
