I bought 3 new fuel injectors from them (303€ each) that I couldn't find anywhere else in Europe because of the BMW low supply rip-off tactic. The official dealship service in Greece wanted to charge 450-500€ for each one at the time. Very satisfied from Hubauer to be honest. Thanks to them I managed to save quite a bit of money. I placed the order and I was quickly informed they weren't in stock so I agreed to wait because I wasn't in a hurry. They were helpful and quick to answer emails. I received them 3 months later. Well packaged. They even offer package insurance for a small cost which I think is worth it if the delivery is far away. The parts price went up soon after due to high demand but they still only charged me the initial price when I placed the order. Professional shop. Positive experience. Would buy again.

I placed my order and also paid for it last Thursday, exactly a week ago. You should have sent my items the very same day or at least the next. It’s not my first order from Hubauer BMW and I was satisfied with your service until today. The items I ordered was ment to be gifts for myself for this Christmas. I wanted to have some me time and work on the car fitting the M performance front lip spoiler. I didn’t even get a notification about you sending my package, so I guess it’s not even on it’s way to me so it’s no surprise it won’t be here for Christmas. I feel very disappointed. Your company used to provide professional service. Please get someone asap to pick my items, pack it and send them to arrive at least in this year.

I still have not received my order. I order the part on the 25 May, suggested shipping times at the time of order was 1-2 day. It appears that the order was not received to DHL until 31 May, https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/pakete-empfangen/verfolgen.html?lang=en&idc=CS817151029DE&rfn=&extendedSearch=true. Now it looks like I won't receive the order until next week, nearly two weeks later.

havent received my item 2 weeks now and i paid 50 euros for shipping. i mean 50 euros is air ticket. meanwhile i received all the bmw interior from denmark for 100 euros in just 2 days.

The website is confusing and kept asking for a house/apartment number which is not applicable as my delivery address does not have a street or house number. When you miss an item on the details form you have to start again. The other issue is taht I ordered both right hand and left hand grilles but the diagaram picture only refers to left hand grille irrespective of which grille you order. It was time comsuming ordering from your website. Where is the option of ordering without setting up an account

I dont have prior experience with them and i am sure they are good. Buz I have ordered a hed gasket for my car, i made the payment and they told me after one week that the part is not available and they will refund. They should first check the availability and then sell rather thank selling first and checking availability later!

After 5 days (I made order) I wrote email, asked about my order, why I am not receiving any tracking number, after many hours I get answer that they wait for something. After one more day I wrote again, that I need it ASAP, then I get answer that one part is out of stock. I asked to replace to other. Still no answer, very bad communication, it is one week like nothing hapens, but money are paid

First - I paid extra for urgent delivery, but did not get goods untill now. Previous orders was handled much faster compared with "urgent delivery" service. Second customer service is terible. Communication with clients is just on emails and no customer service line.

I specifically ordered center caps for my BMW and included model number and size. When they arrived they sent me the wrong size. This was an international delivery and it will therefore cost a minor fortune the ship back.
