I bought 3 new fuel injectors from them (303€ each) that I couldn't find anywhere else in Europe because of the BMW low supply rip-off tactic. The official dealship service in Greece wanted to charge 450-500€ for each one at the time.
Very satisfied from Hubauer to be honest. Thanks to them I managed to save quite a bit of money. I placed the order and I was quickly informed they weren't in stock so I agreed to wait because I wasn't in a hurry. They were helpful and quick to answer emails. I received them 3 months later. Well packaged. They even offer package insurance for a small cost which I think is worth it if the delivery is far away. The parts price went up soon after due to high demand but they still only charged me the initial price when I placed the order.

The handling of my order by the team was neutral/average for an eshop, in today's competitive environment. I liked the fact that the support team identified a mistake in one ordered part and suggested the correct one for my vehicle. What i did not like at all was the fact that i had 21 items and i was only allowed to order 19. I intentionally left out 2 small parts weighting 100-150 grams maximum . The total order was almost 700 euros and the remaining parts abt 15 euros. Having contacted the support team 2-3 times the answer was negative. "Please put a new order" (which would cost me 17 euros to post). The excuse was that the extra items could damage the rest items ( i am wondering if the member of the team who replied had looked at the size of the extra items) Finally when i asked the team to consider sending the items with normal post i got a very neutral reply , that the initial order is posted and nothing can be done. I do think there is much more room for improvement on the team's handling procedures . Flexibility is important in today's business.
To expecie. It is to difficult to order a objekt. Compare with for example Atodoc

I still have not received my order.
I order the part on the 25 May, suggested shipping times at the time of order was 1-2 day. It appears that the order was not received to DHL until 31 May,
