The shop is a joke! The given delivery times are not matching the reality at all. Payment in advance, after 3 weeks still no goods received, although regarding online shop the tool is available and can be sent in 1-3 working days. A small part of the order is sent after 3 weeks with half of the transport costs invoiced (2 boxes of small joints for over 50! EUR). The "management" refused to lower the transport cost even tough that 50 EUR for such a small shipment is more then overpriced.... No sign of customer centricity... Not recommended!

Tools etc great delivery service and price, I'm finding it very difficult in claiming the free battery that was included in my Makita purchase, it doesn't seem to be from Toolnation but Makita direct which is the problem
