The transfer to my home in Greece was very fast!!!! ABOUT my opinion that possible do better is that the price that you have the most times are more expensive that other shops that i find!!!not to many but are big shops like you!!!!so in my first order i buy to you because i see that you make a offer very good!!!!In the kites is not the same!!!!!!!i would like to get more good offers!!! remember that one person in Greece in Athens can say to other 20 people and maybe here the 3 or 4!!!that is progress!!!! thanks of my opinion

I have ordered equipment from Kitemana two times now. The orders were exactly what I ordered and the service was very fast. Delivery was fast as well, although I am not a big fan of UPS but that is not Kitemana”s fault. I will definitely purchase equipment from you again.
Suggestion from Argentina
Everything was perfect, the service and the shipping speed were great. Except I had a serious problem with one of the inserts where the strap is screwed in, as the threads were defective, and I had to switch to another insert in a different position than I wanted. As you can see in the image, the second hole from the right is a darker color, almost unpolished, and the screw won't turn even one turn (as if it were a manufacturing defect). My suggestion is that you check and test before shipping to South America, since claiming a warranty or getting an exchange is impossible.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Before placing my order, I consulted with a representative on WhatsApp who guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the right Kiteboard. The support was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.

Good service but delivery was troublesome
The delivery was troublesome, as they came without even notifying me and I was not home and the did not even try again and left in an access point 5km from me. Needed a car

Just bought two North Reach kites and a Navigator bar. The shop had a huge selection, competitive pricing, and they made it to Hungary in less than a week.

Reliable and Supportive Customer Service
I had some concerns about the delivery since it was very close to my flight date. Although the delivery was first scheduled for the evening of 21st of August, the PostNL system showed it as changed to the 22nd. To avoid the risk of not receiving it in time, by the help and guidance of Kitemana I placed a second order. In the end, the first order was delivered as planned, so I could refuse the second one. Everything worked out well, and I really appreciate the company’s help throughout the process. Thank you for the support, I’m happy with the outcome!

Les envois pour la Suisse sont beaucoup trop cher! Nous payons la TVA dans le pays de commande, l'envoi, la TVA en Suisse et le transitaire. C'est juste inadapté et beaucoup trop cher. Article acheté environ 100 Eur avec TVA, 20 Eur d'envoi et 50 Eur de transitaire... 70% de frais supplémentaire....

La Suisse étant hors de l'UE, les prix affichés sur notre site sont automatiquement hors TVA pour les kiteurs suisses. Cela signifie que vous ne payez pas la TVA néerlandaise de 21%, ce qui représente déjà une économie significative sur le prix de base.
Votre facture Kitemana est donc bien hors taxes UE. Ce que vous réglez en plus, c'est la TVA suisse de 8.1% ainsi que les frais de dédouanement (2.5% / min. CHF 21), qui sont imposés par les autorités suisses et gérés par UPS, pas par nous. Ces frais s'appliquent à tout article importé en Suisse, quel que soit le vendeur.
