Delivery was quick but the package was left at my front door
Delivery was quick, which I appreciate.
The only comment I have is that the board was delivered without somebody at my address taking in the delivery. It was left at my front door. Luckily my kitebuddy from my hometown noticed and took it inside as he was aware that I ordered a new board. Worst case I could have filed a claim or somebody could have stolen it. I know this is the fault of PostNL, but I just want to inform you.

Everything was perfect, the service and the shipping speed were great. Except I had a serious problem with one of the inserts where the strap is screwed in, as the threads were defective, and I had to switch to another insert in a different position than I wanted. As you can see in the image, the second hole from the right is a darker color, almost unpolished, and the screw won't turn even one turn (as if it were a manufacturing defect). My suggestion is that you check and test before shipping to South America, since claiming a warranty or getting an exchange is impossible.
