Hexclad offered a 10% discount over the full 13 pce set when we reported a damaged lid and pot handle, after we decided to keep the damaged product for a reasonable compensation. Product is a pleasure to cook with and clean up is quick and easy which is normal for brand new products. We will see how it stands the wear and tear process with daily use. So far so good. Very happy.

Very prompt delivery, and so far - I am loving the frying pans which seems of quality despite being MADE IN CHINA. Frying food is a breeze now and cleaning is super easy, although it seems to take a lot longer to heat up.
