Ordered the Kindling Cracker wood splitter. Works great,I filled a box with kindling in under 10mins. Prior to this I used a hatchet and it would take me 30/40 very frustrating mins(and a great deal more effort) to fill the same box. Very happy with the product, would recommend. Knives and tools had the best price for it at the time of order and delivery was on time.Well done Knives and Tools, in a world of increasing "crapification" it is nice to report a positive experience.

Excellent service, fast delivery and information on time. I have made a lot of purchases through their website and I was always satisfied, especially with their sales, outlets and promotions. Had only one issue with a missing item and that was attended promptly and resolved with full refund in three days. I will be making many more purchases in the future.

Quite frankly, send an E-mail and tell people WHEN their order will be shipped. You did not do it in my case. I had to figure it out myself. Then I sendt an E-mail to the help desk, asking to get one item deleted from the order. First then the order got shipped.

I found knivesandtools during my search for a good quality knife, and a rolling sharpener. And unfortunately I made a mistake on the order, and placed the wrong knife. I was truly worried that the return/refund process would be gruesome and would bear no fruit, and I would be stuck with the wrong knife. However, I was delighted with the ease of return, and the help I got. Overall, 10/10!

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing customer service I honestly cannot understand how a company of this size can treat a customer this way. I placed an order with Knivesandtools for two knives, a Spartan Blades Talos and an Einar. These were not impulse purchases — they were intended as birthday gifts, and I specifically needed them by a certain date. I chose Knivesandtools because I considered them a reputable European retailer and expected professional customer service. Instead, what followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. The problems started with the order and payment process. There were issues with the availability of one of the knives, despite it being shown as available when I ordered it. I was subsequently offered an alternative, but at an additional cost. There were also problems with the payment link provided to me. What was most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of communication. I contacted customer service by email and also tried reaching out through Instagram because I was getting nowhere. I waited and waited for a proper response. Despite the fact that I had an active order and money involved, I could not get the basic communication I would expect from a professional retailer. Eventually, after all this frustration, Knivesandtools cancelled my order themselves. The cancellation email stated that the refund would be returned to my original payment method within four working days. So after all the time wasted, the unanswered messages, the payment problems, the stock problems and the stress of trying to get the knives in time for a birthday, I was left with nothing except a cancelled order and the need to wait for my money to come back. And this is the part that really bothers me: I completely understand that mistakes happen. Stock can be wrong. Payment systems can fail. Orders can be cancelled. What I do NOT understand is the lack of communication. When something goes wrong, good customer service should step in, communicate clearly and actually help the customer find a solution. Instead, I felt like I was left chasing Knivesandtools for answers. Meanwhile, I contacted other European knife retailers about the same products and received considerably better treatment. They actually responded, communicated with me and tried to help. That experience made the contrast with Knivesandtools even more disappointing. A company can have the best website and the largest selection in Europe, but none of that means much if the customer is left feeling completely ignored when there is a problem. I genuinely expected much better from Knivesandtools. After this experience, I have lost confidence in the company and I will think very carefully before ever placing another order with them. There are other European retailers who may not be as large, but who actually communicate with their customers and value their business. For me, this was not simply an order that went wrong. It was the way the situation was handled — or, more accurately, not handled — that earned this one-star review. Very disappointing. I expected professional customer service and received the exact opposite.

Orders are processed quickly and efficiently. All the products I've purchased are excellent quality. I'd also like to especially mention the customer support department, which I've had to contact several times. Not because of order issues, but because of changing personal circumstances or because of errors I made when placing the order. Each time, the support team helped to resolve my issues quickly and with maximum convenience. Thank you!

I’m a collector and I often buy from abroad. I consider it to be one of the cheapest sites in Europe, with a price that is personally hard to beat, especially considering the free shipping and the speed with which they dispatched my order.

Have used K&T for a good few years now and they have always been excellent. They have a good choice of items, the website is comprehensive and informative and the delivery is quick (to southern Portugal).

Im so bored rating stores but this store really deserves it!! Some week and a half ago I ordered the ESEE PR4 knife in Greece where im from...I should mention at this point that ESEE knives are very hard to find in Europe. So far I've found this one that is in the Netherlands I think and then another one which I will not name in Finland!! So I'm really happy that I've found them much closer to me because I will definitely order more stuff from there!! The staff is so professional, very quick replies if you have questions on a particular product, the knife came really fast, in a very well taken care of package, everything was perfect!! The knife intact, razor sharp ready to be taken to the field!! I don't know what else to say other than this store has incredible products...really anything you might need if you're a outdoors man and they are all super polite and professionals!! Whatever you order it's gonna come fast and well packaged...congratulations!! I'm gonna be coming back for more!!

Experience is unremarkable, which is why it's good. Order shipped and delivered quickly without any issues. The website has detailed specifications on every item and detailed search filters, making it really easy to find products that fit your needs.

I am satisfied with the sevice if Kvivea and Tools. However, delivery service via local partner of DHL was not satisfactory. It was paid to be delivered at address. It was not delivered at my address and I had to collect it personally in post office.

The items I purchased were very hard to find much less to obtain. Knives and Tools had them in stock and in numerous quantities - all at VERY reasonable prices. Purchasing and shipping were about as simple as buying from most any other seller - quick and easy! The items arrived well-packed and packaged and were exactly what I was looking for. The product quality, communication, and service from Knives and tools are professional and top-notch, well deserving all five stars!! A+++++!
