Im so bored rating stores but this store really deserves it!! Some week and a half ago I ordered the ESEE PR4 knife in Greece where im from...I should mention at this point that ESEE knives are very hard to find in Europe. So far I've found this one that is in the Netherlands I think and then another one which I will not name in Finland!! So I'm really happy that I've found them much closer to me because I will definitely order more stuff from there!! The staff is so professional, very quick replies if you have questions on a particular product, the knife came really fast, in a very well taken care of package, everything was perfect!! The knife intact, razor sharp ready to be taken to the field!! I don't know what else to say other than this store has incredible products...really anything you might need if you're a outdoors man and they are all super polite and professionals!! Whatever you order it's gonna come fast and well packaged...congratulations!! I'm gonna be coming back for more!!

The items I purchased were very hard to find much less to obtain. Knives and Tools had them in stock and in numerous quantities - all at VERY reasonable prices. Purchasing and shipping were about as simple as buying from most any other seller - quick and easy! The items arrived well-packed and packaged and were exactly what I was looking for. The product quality, communication, and service from Knives and tools are professional and top-notch, well deserving all five stars!! A+++++!

There is an excellent range of knives on offer, purchasing is straightforward and payment is trouble free. It takes a little longer to ship to Lithuania but there are no issues. All in all an excellent company to deal with. My last purchase a ZT 562 folder is everything I expected, “you get what you pay for “.

It was very good in general like usual, but this time the packing was flimsy, even tho the items arrived wel, in my opinion the packaging would be better more robustly acomodated, it was just a normal cardboard box and the items whitout any protection loose inside. if the box would have and accident during transportation the thermos that i ordered could be crumpled. Still usualy is better.

I love the range of knives and whetstones you have available, I like the very fast delivery of the package, I like the extra details in the description of the product I buy, the only thing I would like to see is: that products made of fragile or expensive material such as expensive knives or whetstones would be packed in that bubble wrap transparent plastic. because sometimes those who deliver packages they can be a little careless and negligent.

The ordering and purchasing were perfect the quality of my purchase was excellent. The only problem I had was with the courier, they asked for a drop point if I wasn’t home so I provided one, no attempt was made to deliver to my address and the parcel was dropped at the drop point along with all the other parcels for this area. It’s obviously easier to make one drop than actually deliver to the customer as promised.

I like everything about knives and tools. What I don't like at all, is the DHL and then local post office method for delivery, it takes a long week for the package to arrive. Not to mention failed attemtps for delivery that are not real from DHL, they don't work well everywhere, I receive faster products from aliexpress with much cheaper delivery rates, than from them.

I have no complaints. There is nothing that was not good. I myself made a mistake at first by not looking carefully at how to make the payment because I did not pay attention to the payment method myself and in a hurry I wrote with PayPal, but then I managed to find where to fix this and chose with a card and after that everything was perfect. But the oversight was mine and not your site. The oversight was on my part. So I can only thank you for the wonderful service. I wish you luck and keep up the good work. Thank you!

Thank you for your reliability and fast delivery. I am delighted to own a Lionsteel M5 with CPM 3V steel, including a Kydex sheath. It's good to have a useful helper with you in the great outdoors. The knife is really beautiful and sharp. The handle fits my hand perfectly. Wonderful work! I am extremely satisfied with it... Really great!

Product descriptions were clear and precise so no additional information was needed - at least I didn't need them. All items arrived well packed and undamaged and there was also one surprise item that will come very handy. Also worth noting, my order/package arrived perhaps even sooner than I expected. My second order is already placed and judging by past experience, it probably will not be the last.

Product was well packaged, timely delivered to courier. Parcel arrived in good condition. I do not buy things frequently (so I had only a handfull of orders on knives & tools over the years) but k&t do their best to make you feel valued.

It is a reliable store with very good prices. Although it manages thousands of product codes, there is a full description for each product as well as several tips. The only thing I don't like is the lack of some codes and the long waiting time for new availability. I believe this could be fixed with predictable orders.

Product descriptions are clear and precise, the prices for quite a few products are affordable, the whole process od ordering7buying and payment was easy. Both packages arrived fairly quickly, with products inside well packed and intact. Perhaps a few more close - up photos of certain products within the product description would make choosing and buying even easier.

Premetto che ho acquistato ben quattro coltelli molto costosi da knives and tools, l'ultima volta ho acquistato un cold steel SR1, che mi è stato consegnato tempestivamente, come di consueto. Purtroppo mi è arrivato il prodotto con la custodia del Cold Steel SR1 pocket knife 62L, che era stata aperta, mentre all'interno c'era un coltello diverso, il Cold Steel SR1 Tanto 62LA. Ho dovuto rispedire il coltello e chiedere di inviarmi il modello che avevo ordinato. La spedizione è durata letteralmente un mese, provavo a contattare il servizio clienti, è completamente inesistente !!! Ma non finisce qui, quando mi arriva il coltello che mi hanno rispedito, anche quest'ultimo mi è arrivato con la confezione aperta. Quando ho fatto notare che anche la confezione di questo coltello era stato aperta, mi hanno detto che lo avevano già sostituito una volta, peccato che lo avevano sostituito, perchè loro avevano manomesso la custodia di un coltello per metterne dentro un'altro. Mi hanno proposto di acquistarne un'altro facendomi carico delle spese di spedizione, come se la responsabilità dell'accaduto fosse mia. Quindi, fate attenzione !!! I prodotti, in alcuni casi sono manomessi, segnalerò l'accaduto al produttore Cold Steel. I'll start by saying I've purchased four very expensive knives from Knives and Tools. The last time I bought a Cold Steel SR1, which was delivered promptly, as usual. Unfortunately, the product arrived with the Cold Steel SR1 Pocket Knife 62L case open, while inside was a different knife, the Cold Steel SR1 Tanto 62LA. I had to send the knife back and ask them to send me the model I'd ordered. Shipping took literally a month. I tried contacting customer service, but it's completely nonexistent!!! But that's not all. When the knife they sent back arrived, it also arrived with the package opened. When I pointed out that the package for this knife had also been opened, they told me they'd already replaced it once. Too bad they replaced it because they'd tampered with the case of one knife to put another inside. They offered to buy another one, charging me the shipping costs, as if I were responsible for what happened. So, be careful!!! The products, in some cases, are tampered with. I will report the incident to the manufacturer, Cold Steel.

Please change courier for Croatia. Hrvatska Posta is the worst possible choice. The risk of loosing the order and for unseccesful delivery are about 90%.

This was 5th time I have bought kinves from "Knives and tools". It was always a good offer, fast delivery and overall a very nice experience! Just about to place a 6th purchase...

From my experience, everything has been well packaged and the content have been perfect. Only ever had one issue, and customer service was perfectly pleasant to deal with and the issue was sorted rapidly.
