Quick dispatch from Sport Conrad and skis arrived in good condition. Only drawback is UPS, they’re by far the worst delivery service in Sweden. Utterly horrible customer experience they tried to deliver two times but ”could not get into the apartment house”, no calls and no contact. No other last mile delivery service in Sweden has this problem and it’s generally known that UPS is horrible in Sweden.

I had some problems with UPS, because they came to our house twice in the morning, but in the mornings there is nobody at home, because my wife and me with are both working, and they didn't give me any other alternative to talde the parcel. Trying to find a solution, I wasted a lot of time with boring chatbots. Finally, I managed to my skies.

The store offers a wide selection and good prices, making it easy to find what you need without overspending. I also appreciated the fast processing of my order—despite being an international delivery, the package was handled quickly and arrived without any issues. Overall, a reliable shop with efficient service.

Very professional in terms of mounting bindings, delivery etc. Excellent range of high quality gear. Only downside: didn't fint any waxing service when I ordered my new skis. Minor issue though. I would also like to be able to donate to: 1. Ukraine, and 2. Organizations such as Protect our winters etc. Please keep up your excellent job!

The whole experience of online shopping (pair of skis and ski poles) at Sport Conrad was smooth and without any complications. Specification of the product are available in detail. Also other useful information were easily accessible and available (e.g. delivery times, delivery costs, etc). In the end also delivery itself was performed in suggested times, so everything was smooth. I am also very happy with the product itself. Will come back to Sport Conrad, for sure.

I bought a pair of skis that supposedly had a delivery time of about 5 working days. Ten days after ordering them, I wrote to ask about the status, and they told me they had a lot of orders and were therefore delayed. Suspiciously, just a few minutes later, my order was shipped. What would have happened if I hadn’t complained? The order arrived, but I’ve noticed that the quality of the packaging and the attention to detail have worsened over the years. I’ve been buying equipment from Sport Conrad for many years, and I’m sorry to say that I’m becoming increasingly disappointed with their customer service.

I ordered ski boots, when they arrived there were a lot of defects. There was a big scratch on the edge band, a scratch on the Boa system, the liner was stained with glue. The Allen key was missing from the box. The seller offered a 30 euro discount (some 7% of the total price), because of all the defects I asked for a 15% discount, which the seller did not agree to. The goods were probably already with someone or damaged in the store, the seller should have known that, especially since the product is incomplete. Although at the time of purchase this model and size were available in several EU online shops at the same price, I decided to put my trust in Sport Conrad. When the boots arrived and when I saw the defects I felt disappointed. In the end I kept them, because my size was no longer available in other stores. That 30 euro discount means nothing compared to when you receive a damaged product.

On the positive side: The product received was as expected. Shipping was fast. On the downside: Tracking the shipment was difficult. Both in this order and the previous one, the boxes arrived damaged, revealing the skis inside. Despite having notified them of this problem in the first shipment, they have not taken any protective measures for the second.

UPS has bad connection with the local courier “In-time” in Bulgaria and always they lost some final customer information in between. Pls use DSV for shipment in Bulgaria. Everything else was great. Prices, feedback, customer support, quality of the products, site organisation….Wil continue to purchase sport items from you!

The parcel arrived on time and was well packed. The boots had a small defect, and after submitting a claim, Conrad handled the issue very satisfactorily. The only improvement I would suggest is making your first response clearer, as I did not understand that you were sending me the replacement part mentioned in the invoice. I will shop again in Conrad Thank you very much

The order arrived within a week of placing it and in great condition. The extra charge of £60 for customs clearance was a bit higher than expected, but the skis still worked out cheaper than buying in the UK

Very friendly and transparant service after sale. Some things to improve: - I had some trouble to find out how to combine a complete ski kit. - after purchasing the ski kit, I thought it was clear that the bindings needed to be attached to the skis as I even said in what position they needed to be. However, at the bottom of the confirmation email, a small line was added to confirm this. I've read over this line what made that I received the ski kit too late for using them in the mountains this season.

The delivery has been awful this time. I have had may orsers before and mostly there has been no issues with the delivery. This time i have rdered two skis and some accessories. The accesories have been delivered within couple of days while the skis took two weeks to Austria. Preveious orsers have been delivered within a week. I do not get why the packages have been seperatly delivered and most annoyingly all pacakges had to be picked up at the local post office. There have been no trials of home delivery at all. (Same address have been used as before and on all previous occasions hone deliveries have been made)

I recieved very friendly and accurate help from Claudia in the customer support when trying to link this order to a previous one and activate the price discount on bundles.

Order delivered exactly as expected, quick shipping direct to German address. Great selection of children's sizes and styles that were hard to find anywhere else.

I like to order from Conrad, because of their wide and complete range. It happened to me in the summer that I ordered ski boots, Conrad confirmed the order and then I received a message that they did not have my size. After a little disappointment, I chose another and more expensive one /same model, new year/ It was a very pleasant surprise for me when you sent me the boots for the price of ski boots of a 2-year-old model. For this gesture, I remained your loyal customer. Thank you.

Always an excellent range of products, attractive prices and quick deliveries. I have also received excellent support on the few occasions I have needed any. I am a longtime customer of SC and have bought more than 10 sets of skis, couple of skiboots, shoes and other products.

Pretty good except for some issues with shipping. The order was shipped in separate packages and with separate comanies. First package was delivered quickly, but for the second one I did not even receive shipping information. When asking SC I got a strange reply where SC asked me to provide them with a tracking number and also gave me the tracking no I should priovide them with.. perhaps a language mistake, at least I finally got the shipping info and could see that the package was stuck with UPS. The package did finally arrive (without updates from UPS) and items are all good.

This was my first purchase in Conrad Sport, which was based on a recommendation from a friend. Based on this expereince I do not have any suggestions. Communication was clear, continuous so I knew what is going on with the shipment.
