Excellent shopping experience. I purchased an MSR Hubba Hubba HD 3 tent and a NEMO Eclipse All-Season sleeping pad, and both items arrived exactly as described, in perfect condition, and very well packaged. Shipping was fast and on time, and the customer service was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process when i asked for the Vern 3. This is a reliable and trustworthy store with great attention to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again (For the 3p tent Nortent Vern 3) :3 .

Very punctual and precise. The package arrived perfectly intact.
The Crispi Futura Pro XP boot was perfect except for a small imperfection on the first, lowest stitched buttonhole, presumably due to the craftsmanship of the Crispi shoemaker.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback! We’re pleased to hear that your order arrived on time, well packed and in perfect condition.
We’re also glad that the Crispi Futura Pro XP boots met your expectations overall. Thank you for mentioning the small imperfection on the lower stitched eyelet. As these boots involve a significant amount of craftsmanship, slight variations can occasionally occur. Of course, if this point affects the use or durability of the boot, please feel free to contact us so we can take a closer look.
Thank you again for your trust in Aventure Nordique, and we wish you many great outings with your new boots!

Everything went perfectly, I will buy from this store again and recommend it to others.

Price and quality are good. Web site usability is nice. Destination selection should be better, not always directly to the post address but also other destinations.
