Alloy 910 nylon filament has been difficult to source in the UK lately but 3DPrima were able to source it from stock and deliver it to me in the UK in under 4 days. It was even 40% off in the sale. I build small combat robots as a hobby and Alloy 910 is the strongest material I have found having just enough flex to make it impact resistant. You can even dye it many colours using nylon clothing dyes such as oranges as can be seen in the pictures below.

Deras filament är ingen bra rullade alls, kvalitet är jo bra De borde sluta använda Budbee som frakt alternativ, beställde en produkt 13/4/23, jag har skrivit detta 21/4/23 och har inte fått en ända uppdatering på budbee app. Efter par mejl med kundservice de skulle skicka samma varann igen. Frågan är om de hade skickat paketet från början eller inte.

SCARCE AND POOR HANDLING OF TRANSPORT AND SHIPMENT PHASES, DELIVERY NOT FULFILLED YET

I am sending a detailed description of the current status of the shipment. It has been scarcely handled and the delivery was not fulfilled at all, as there are already extensions for the timetables of final shipment to the customer's address.

We are sorry you had a negative experience with the transporter. I see that there was a problem delivering it to your mailbox as it did not fit the slot, and you got a message about it before writing the review, giving you instructions on where to claim your package. I can also see that you have collected your shipment now. We do hope you reconsider your review, as we have no influence over your mailbox size and what mode of transportation you select for your shipments. Have a Nice Day.

I ordered an item and i chose bank transfer as paying method. After transfering the money i wrote to their support team asking a follow up and they ignore me, as of now i dont have any information about the status of the order.

Arched buildplate and a defective thermistor

I bought five printers where two of five did not work. One had an arched buildplate and the second had a defective thermistor. There have been so much problem and taken far to long time getting this solved. And now I got an e-mail saying that there were something wrong with my payment more than three years ago!!!! This is how you loos a customer.

Ordered a motor kit, but I just a part of it arrived

I ordered a motor kit but I just received the motor, not the whole kit. I immediately opened a ticket asking for help with this issue, but after more than a week still no response. It's such a shame, this is the third order on this website and never had a problem.
