I ordered a new 3d printer and PLA filament. Something went wrong with my payment. Their system changed my region at the checkout and there was a currency conversion issue, so I ended up paying too much. I got the payment refunded right away and they set up a new order that I just needed to pay again. It came with a discount to make up for all the losses from the previous order.
The support was fast enough, so the order wasn't even delayed. I still got it the day it said it would arrive initially.

Deras filament är ingen bra rullade alls, kvalitet är jo bra
De borde sluta använda Budbee som frakt alternativ, beställde en produkt 13/4/23, jag har skrivit detta 21/4/23 och har inte fått en ända uppdatering på budbee app.
Efter par mejl med kundservice de skulle skicka samma varann igen.
Frågan är om de hade skickat paketet från början eller inte.

So far, I have not received my order
Seems you are under-staffed:
It took from Oct12 to Oct 17 to acknowledge a wire transfer after several emails.
The last promise was to send it on Oct 17 but UPS does not recognize having the articles (Today is Oct 18 here and in Sweden)

Ordered a motor kit, but I just a part of it arrived
I ordered a motor kit but I just received the motor, not the whole kit. I immediately opened a ticket asking for help with this issue, but after more than a week still no response. It's such a shame, this is the third order on this website and never had a problem.

Delivered to the wrong delivery location as usual. Do you know the zip code and which one is the closest? Now, as usual, I had to walk an extra 3.2 km with a walker as I don't have a car and there is no bus that goes there. Kyrkbytorget is much closer.

3d Prima is excellent but…
3d Prima is excellent in itself as always, but the change of delivery partner from Postnord to Budbee is a disaster.
From delivery basically overnight, delivery has now been postponed no less than three times - so far.
Not acceptabel at all

Order failed to deliver on expected date, and looks like it will take extra couple of days to arrive.
We've actually payed for the shipping costs. It was 3Dprima that selected the carrier, and so it's 3Dprima responsible for the delay.

Rörig sida som olika antal hemma i lager beroende på var man kollar. Typ Any Cubic vit 1 kg resin, på söksidan 1 i lager
under resin 17 i lager och det viade sej att det är noll i lager när man trycker på köpknappen
