I placed my order on Wednesday 29th April and was told my package would be delivered by Monday 4th May. To my surprise it was delivered on Friday 1st May. So I was very impressed with my package being delivered on a public holiday and earlier than expected but the product itself was of a really good quality and I got it at a good discounted price. Very happy first time customer.

I'm always happy with the products, always have specials and delivery is super fast. Only thing, is the drivers when making delivery they give your parcel to anyone who's available at your address, with out calling you to confirm if they can leave it to that person. You just see on the app that your parcel has been delivered, without any call.

The order was for my partner, he has beeen searching for affordable, comfortable croc-like sandals. During the search, he appreciated the feature listing similar items that have his size available. This made it easier to search for the shoe. The delivery was faster than we had anticipated. Thank you Superbalist! Your efficiency is appreciated.

I had one negative experience with order 30343460. I ordered black stiletto heels in size 6, but I received a size 7 instead. Unfortunately, I only noticed the mistake after wearing them to church, as they felt too big. When I checked afterward, I realized the size was incorrect. As a result, I feel that I wasted my money, as I am unable to wear them and assumed I would not be eligible for a refund. This has been the only disappointing experience I’ve had with your service.

The order and payment process is seamless, I love the fact that I get updates on items in my wishlist that becomes available or goes on sale. The process of buying one or more items could be cheaper where we opt to pick up goods instead of delivery to homes, sometimes I want to buy something under threshold but opt not too due to delivery fees. The clothes is amazing, Superbalist has always sold Quality good.

I recently made two purchases consisting of 14 items, followed by an additional order of two products. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the quality of the items and the level of service I received. Delivery was punctual, and my expectations were clearly managed throughout the process, which made for a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, there were a couple of minor disappointments. In my first order, I received an incorrect size for one item. Additionally, one pair of toddler slippers labeled as size 5 turned out to be significantly smaller than expected. When compared to other size 5 shoes my daughter owns, this pair fell short in both length and width, and unfortunately, it was the only size available. Another point worth mentioning is that there are numerous items advertised on the platform that are not actually available. This makes browsing and searching somewhat tedious, as you often come across products that cannot be purchased. Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the quality and reliability of the service. With some improvements in stock accuracy and sizing consistency, the experience could be even better.

Very happy with the products bought. I used click and collect. Very happy with the service at Glen Garry. However, can you please indicate if one order is going to be placed in two separate boxes? I went to collect, came back home and was missing a pair of shoes. Had to call and go back to the pick up point because the order was placed in 2 boxes. There was no indication that it was going to be in two separate boxes. Otherwise, very happy.

I had anxiety about logging another call about a slide(shoe) that didn't fit once again and I just had no way to make this incorrect size to work no fault of superbalist just my ignorance with the brand so called the service center to discuss my dilemma and it was early but was greeted with a helpful, delightful customer service employee. I didn't expect it but I am so appreciative of the service rendered.

My opinion is that Superbalist is by far the best online shop I’ve experienced so far. The delivery was literally 3 days and in this process, I was updated on a daily basis. Communication was the best and I had no stress. The quality of their product is also neatly packaged and was impressed. This was my first purchase and unfortunately didn’t get the “first buyers discount” but none the less, best service and couldn’t critic it even if I wanted to.

I think delivery is quick, the items I have bought have been of good quality. The only hiccup I had were a couple of orders that did not go through speedily due to bank issues and I landed up being told my order was cancelled and I ordered something else, it didnt go through, I ordered again and then suddenly my first cancelled order came to light and I landed up with 3 items when I only wanted one. However 2 are being returned. Maybe you needed to pick up that 2 orders went through within minutes for the same item and queried it so it could have been cancelled

Very fast and efficient. Although I wish one could choose the delivery date and address when you do an exchange as it only let's you choose the date and address for the collection and not for the delivery of the exchange. Also delivered very early in Easter Friday, which was a bit of a surprise, and also I did not choose that date. But otherwise very effective service! Shoe that I ordered had to be exchanged for a bigger size, which I found out later was common with the New Balance 327s.

So I like the fact that it's quite easy to place an order. Also the collaboration with payflex which makes it so much easier to have an item right now and pay for it later also the delivery it is so fast and the way you are able to track your order and also the notifications that when you order is taking from one point to another point and when delivery will be expected absolutely love that.
