I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

I love the fact that you bring the item with when coming to fetch item a customer didn't like, love that exchange so much. What I would like is that when I'm requesting an exchange I'm given an opportunity to choose something different not just the size or colour of the exact same item I had ordered.

Big savings on sale items
If there is one thing I would change it would be the menu to refine the search. It is a bit confusing. If you select men's shoes for example, everything comes up. Otherwise, I am happy. Fast delivery service is a plus.

Everything worked out nicely for me. The shoes I bought were too big, so I wanted to return exchange them. Your guys brought the correct size shoes and took the big ones back. it was effortless on my side. This type of service really surprised me given that I had not rarely bought anything onine.

Quick and efficient delivery
I appreciated the quick turnaround from the placing of the order to the delivery.
What could be improved would be to utilize your "economy of scale" to squeeze better pricing from the brands that you carry - one of the items purchased was somewhat cheaper at another online supplier.

It is always a great shopping experience with Superb service . Of all the years I have shopped with the brand I only had 1 bad experience the driver was hijacked but there was no communication to let me know I had to call to get feedback.

the site, I love, the delivery and returns, I love, just find the sizing very off, so need to often order multiples. I get that its different brands, but often just the superbalist brand, is often HUGE, so its a pain, but otherwise, really, really, my favourite place to shop

Delivery times for orders is also good if there are few items, but tends to be longer for more items

Items ordered are perfect. I paid for next day delivery but received two days after ordering. There was evidence that one of the items had been tried on and returned by another customer, as the pant legs were turned up and the garment was not in its original packaging

Love the shopping experience, the delivery or pick up and the payment options. There is a need for a variety of clothing especially high end brands. The flooding of H&M, Mango and Cotton Onhas made other brands more muted and there are too many similar styles.
