While I am happy with the product, I was not impressed with the fact that it took a week to arrive. Also, the delivery fees are getting out of hand; R80 delivery is absolutely ridiculous. I also find it quite strange that things will be on sale in stores, but Superbalist still charges full price for them. Shopping on superbalist is no longer as enjoyable as it used to be.

I’m very happy with both my items & the super fast delivery. However, since it was my first time ever using Superbalist, I wish the information about a first time user was visible. I placed an order to be delivered as a birthday gift to an address that I physically wasn't available at. They had tried to deliver my parcel in the morning and when they called me I wasn't available so they were kind enough to try and do the delivery again later that day which was a success. I am overall happy with the items delivered. The only thing would be to sort out the drivers. I had an issue with my last order where the delivery guy wanted to mark my order as delivered to deliver at his own time because he mentioned he stayed in the same estate as mine. I declined that and he then said I should reschedule when the order clearly stated being delivered on that day. He further later lied about this when I called the customer service number.
