….in contrast Woolies are TeRriBLe with how they pack the clothes when I buy online from them (Trenery, Country Road, Witchery etc), it looks like a literal laundry basket and I have to steam the brand new expensive clothes just to try them on and it’s a mission to swop sizes. Never have this problem with Superbalist. Wish you also stocked those brands. I love that Superbalist ships FAST and returns are picked up FAST. (Sometimes even next day for smaller orders which is fantastic).

Its been wonderful. Everytime I order, it's delivered on time and they keep you in the loop where your order is. And I'm waiting on my refund asi returned items ibought. So far so good. They deliver on their promises. The only thing is, with bags I wanted to buy. They were not enough pictures especially showing the inside of the bag. I ended up not buying it.

The exchange process was very quick and easy. I ordered a denim waist coat in XS and it was too small. I used the app to find my correct size, I should have used it in the first place and get the correct size, thing is I really wanted a snatched look but the XS was too small. So I requested the exchange, it was hassle-free and quick. Excellent customer service. The driver was really friendly, he did the exchange with my grandmother, as I was at work and called me after to tell me that the delivery and pick up was done.

I love the seamless process of Superbalist. Because we dont get to fit the items we buy, online shopping can be quite daunting. I think the existence of pickup and drop off points makes it super convenient for me to shop in the luxury of my own home, and have the flexibility to return without incurring delivery fees, going to buys malls and being overwhelmed by the sheer volume of clothes and poor arrangements in shops.

Convenient but Inconsistent service standard
I like the convenience that come with browsing and shopping online, but I am unhappy with the inconsistent quality management/ customer service.
Recently I was delivered a small (S/P) gym jogger instead of the large size I had ordered which was indicated on the tag upon receipt only to find out the size on the jogger is different as further proven by the fit.
On another occasion I was charged for expedited delivery which was later downgraded to standard delivery with no credit to me.

I love shopping with Superbalist! My fave and go to online shopping platform, I don’t use any other, only Superbalist. I always find what I like and in my size, yes sometimes my size will be sold out, however, the waiting time for a restocked waitlist item can be reduced and more efficient to restock in order to then place an order.

Always such a win using this app. It is quick, easy to navigate and order, and returns are handled quickly and promptly, as are refunds, I really cannot fault it and can't believe it when people say they don't shop on Superbalist!
One suggestion though for the dev team - when I add items to my cart and they are no longer available (often because I forget to check out or am not sure and decide to wait a day or two), the item disappears and I battle to find it again. A suggestion would be to immediately add it to that person's Wishlist so we can immediately see when it becomes available again. That would be a BIG win (and revenue driver - just saying!).

Your item returns process needs improvement. Especially for collection orders. I went to collect my order Friday 26 June 2026 and I checked my items while I was still at the Takealot pickup point in Ndabeni. I realised I'd purchased the wrong item and there and then, I wanted to return the wrong item. But your return process couldn't be finalised at that moment and I had to leave with the item I'd logged as a return online. That return had a 'pending' status until I logged it as an issue Sunday and only after that issue was resolved, could I get go-ahead to drop off the item. This is so inconvenient as i wanted to do it that very same Friday and was unnecessary if the return process was seamless and I was able to leave the return item at the Takealot pickup point that very same day. Poor user experience for me because now, I can't go to the pickup point yet. But I did like my other items that I ordered and the 3 stars are for that. For reference, you can check the issue i logged regarding the returns status that was stuck on "pending" status RMA 8718695.

I recently had 2 orders that presented with issues. It was the way the problems were handled that actually blew me away. My first order, I wanted to return for a refund but there was a problem with your app, and it wouldn’t allow me the last step to complete. Sinazo was incredibly helpful and logged the return/refund and constantly stayed in touch.
My second order was shipped to the wrong distribution centre and arrived after the scheduled date which caused problems as I had guests staying over which meant I had to move furniture around while they were here. I was in contact with Rose and after a bit of back and forth, my request to have the delivery fee waived was approved.
