The helpful and efficient customer service, user-friendly website and app, wide variety of brands and sizes, and frequent promotions with competitive pricing are also highlighted as major positives. Everything is all good and logical for any shopper,I received my clothes and flops to the the right fit the same way I used to buy things physically at any stop.superbalist makes my world so epic when coming to my fashion and how I fit on perfectly the size and how I imagined myself before coming for me.everything I bout here,it came with the right quality and material as they were on the image, and I appreciate the camera crew behind every detail they take, even though some of us we are so into close close clothe material camera detailing.
But for everything is still good by far

I had a great shopping experience with Superbalist. The ordering process was quick and easy, and my items arrived on time and in excellent condition. The quality of the products matched the description, and I was happy with my purchase. It would be even better if there were more frequent specials and even faster delivery options. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely shop here again.

I love the fact if you purchase an item and you it does not fit you can exchange it for another size and the will drop it for you while picking up the other item, now thats great service...a job well done Superbalist, thats why i would always support you and always recommend you to my family and friends.....At other online shops as well as walk in shop you need to take back the item the refund you and then you need to start the purchase process from scratch which is such i hassle....other online businesses can learn a thing or two from you.

I think your service is perfect I am happy with the delivery process the updates and the return service is superb. There are absolutely no hiccups. Thank you. Your return service is highly appreciated. The fact that a courier collects the return parcel is a winner paid or unpaid. It’s one less thing for a customer to do. I hope others learn from you.

Well what I liked the most is the time it took for my exchange to be processed and delivered,it took less that 4 working days and the process was not even complicated at all... As I handed over the goods for exchange I recieved requested exchange goods on the spot.. I was so impressed with the service❤️

That you get back to costomers quick, your service is fast you don't take time to deliver, what you could do better is of with that part of delivery address, you need to give customers an open, visible adding address pane during the checkout process, cos the part of having an option for manual delivery address for me it's really not okay cos it make people make mistakes.

The sneakers I bought for my baby were a perfect fit. Looked exactly like in the photo. They are beautiful. Bought three times infant nike, addidas and converse sneakers and on all three occasions they were superb. The specials/discounts are very well received. The delivery is super fast. We'll done superbalist!

Fast service, brand size smaller and required 1 size up
Fast service, hassle free returns. You are doing great, nothing lacks so far. The sneaker size is small and slim. One needed one size up, I have a slim feet and the feet fits perfectly. I do not know if wider feet will cope. The quality is superb, I like it. Had to return because normal size was small. Overall the quality of item and Superbalist service are spot on.

Best online store! 🛍️✨ So addictive! I generally prefer shopping online, and this store makes the whole experience so easy. The website is user-friendly, delivery takes just a few days, and there’s clear communication throughout, including easy order tracking. The refund process is also hassle-free. Definitely one of my favourite online stores! ❤️

I appreciate that you understood my claim with a product that was non refundable. I was so unhappy about spending an amount of money on a product that was unsatisfactory. However you have come through and I appreciate it. Moving forward I suggest you remove the non-refundable/non-exchangeable clause especially from a defective product.
Kind Regards

Nice pants but not tall-girl friendly!
The pants weren't over my ankles, I'm 174 cm. I want them to hide the rest of my shoes but the front, you get me? So I had to do a lil technique to stretch the bottom and give it extra length. And also, the amount of colour that came out when I soaked them in luke warm water, nah please do better. Way too expensive for the dye to greet me before I even wore them.

This is the second or third time I'm purchasing and the experience has being top notch. You get the items you ordered. Packaged well. Delivery is next level. So efficient. I am not an online shopper. I prefer physically seeing the items but Superbalist makes life easier knowing you get what you see and pay for and you can be rest assured that it will be delivered in excellent condition.

While I am happy with the product, I was not impressed with the fact that it took a week to arrive. Also, the delivery fees are getting out of hand; R80 delivery is absolutely ridiculous. I also find it quite strange that things will be on sale in stores, but Superbalist still charges full price for them. Shopping on superbalist is no longer as enjoyable as it used to be.

A must have in your closet!!!
💚 Colourway: 9.5/10 — the deep green stripes and heel tab look gorgeous against the cream.
👟 Versatility: 9/10 — they’ll work with jeans, skirts, dresses, shorts.
🤍 Timelessness: 9/10 — the Samba silhouette is classic, so you won’t get tired of them quickly.
✨ Style: 9.5/10 — they have that clean, slightly preppy/retro look without being boring.

I’m very happy with both my items & the super fast delivery. However, since it was my first time ever using Superbalist, I wish the information about a first time user was visible. In that way, I would have been apply to get my first time user discount of which I didn’t get it. I was quite unhappy with that because there was no guidance & I missed it.

EXCELLENT
It was my 1st purchase from superbalist and very happy the way everything was from beginning to end. Unfortunately I had extra money to buy my skin functional products and will buy again if the price is right but as far as woman's clothing goes it's too expensive for me.

Delivered sooner than expected
I placed an order to be delivered as a birthday gift to an address that I physically wasn't available at. They had tried to deliver my parcel in the morning and when they called me I wasn't available so they were kind enough to try and do the delivery again later that day which was a success. Besides that the quality and feel of the gift I purchased was absolutely authentic.
