Make sure they have stock first!

I ordered something for someone in March, it's October, still hasn't arrived :( I've been sent a couple of emails, one was about it coming back in stock, but I've still had nothing from them. At this point I have no confidence they actually sell anything. In response to their comment, I did contact them, they just didn't ever reply, so I guess at least it's a consistent experience to the goods delivery.
