Delivered to the wrong location and they were no help locating the parcel

Bad overall experience product, service and returns

Product doesn’t match description, not deemed faulty despite being so off description, customer service team super hard to reach - took a week to get through to someone. Returns are paid - cost almost as much as the product itself. My negative product review not accepted either

To US customers: They are both vague and dishonest about the customs fees that they pass onto customers. You WILL be charged an additional 50%+ the cost of your items, and their customer support agents will be condescending to you when you email them about it. Search around online to read those stories/experiences.
