I am communicating with a person that does not understand the problems I am describing and sends me answers I don't need. I was asking him to send your partner FEDEX the information that is missing according to fedex so the order can finally be released from clearance. now he is sending me an invoice without the requested information and also from a wrong order. Before I was having trouble because the Lacey act was not send by you so it also got rejected and sent back and I had to reorder the items again, hopefully this time it will work.
