Table top candle holder
Delivery was extremely slow. I ordered in early December as Christmas presents, the goods arrived in late January. I was disappointed in the holders. The artificial flame was too high for the ice effect glass holders to pick and spread the light through the glass. Very disappointing all round

Solid Bengt Oak timer died.
I ordered and received a Bengt Oak kitchen timer. It has a hefty, well made and attractive metal housing. I was excited about it not needing batteries, but discouraged at how quiet the alarm was. I could not see if it had gone off yet or not. But, most discouraging, it ceased to work all together after only a week of use. I'd set the time, and the knob would not advance at all. It simply died.

Even tho I love the products they sell the prices could be better. Most is way overpriced and alternatives can be find elsewhere. Also the screws delivered with my shelving unit are too long and i used different ones.
