When ordering, I was not informed that the parcel would not be delivered at home but somewhere on a pickup box @ the other end of the town. I did not get there in time. Psrcel was returned and I had to ask for my reimbursement twice. ... First it never showed up so I send a message. After a while I saw they returned half of the money. I had to get back to them once again.. After the 3rd complsaint hey did act quickly.
