During the delivery process after placing my order, I was charged additional fees that were almost equivalent to the value of the item itself. I informed your customer service about how unreasonably UPS is imposing these charges due to customs-related issues. Even if customs duties are technically the customer’s responsibility, I requested that Nordic Nest take at least one of the following actions on behalf of its customers: either switch to a different international shipping carrier, or reach a clear agreement with UPS to prevent hidden charges from being imposed on Nordic Nest customers. Unfortunately, none of these requests were accepted. As long as Nordic Nest continues to rely on UPS for international shipping under these conditions, I will not be purchasing from Nordic Nest again.
