While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed.
Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts.
My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts.

The material I ordered is lovely and perfect! My only quibble is that it seemed to take a very long time to get to the states. I've ordered things from Europe, and they have taken much less time. Other than that, everything is great and I will likely visit your website again.

Very nice selection of products. Sometimes it offers very good discounts on thr product. I also like the delivery service as everything just sent in one package rather than sent in multiple package. The products were nicely packed in the parcel. Very good shopping experience.

They have Luxuery European design goods. I like their selection. Shipping cost to is bit pricey since I’m so used to free shipping. And shipping time is not so quick. But I understand it’s from the other side of ocean. I will order again if I find a good deal on nice products.

Nice range of products, I enjoy browsing the site but the returns process sucks for customers in the UK. I'll always see if other retailers have the same product, even if I have to pay a little more it's worth it to avoid the hassle of incredibly slow and expensive returns.

Good quality product (a wooden tray), exactly as described and about the price point I would have expected. Took a long time to arrive, but suspect that is more to do with UK customs’ hold-up after the self-inflicted-injury-that-is-Brexit, than the company who sent it.

I found this company when l was looking for a particular cutlery set. I couldn't get it in the UK but they had it so l gave them a try. They delivered to the UK to my house on a named day and the item was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Would happily recommend them.

Perfect for growing single herbs indoors
I selected these pots to grow herb plants on the kitchen window cill. The overall size and diameter of the pots & bases matched the depth of my window cill. The material’s colour and feel and weight have a “rural” appearance which matches theur purpose.

Picture frame delivered in good time and well packed. Nice modern design. Simple construction but a bit fiddly to keep together while putting the bands around it. Perhaps one joined corner would have helped. Lovely effect with feathers mounted inside.

While it took a while for us to receive the shelf [we're in the U.S.], it came perfectly packaged and in excellent condition. The instructions were clear and the installation went smoothly. And it looks absolutely beautiful in our small bathroom!!
