DHL SERVICE POOR

The item I bought was available for immediate shipping and I assumed I'd receive it fairly soon. However, it was dispatched a week after I placed an order and took another 3 weeks to arrive. It took literally a month. When I contacted the customer service, I got the immediate response and she was very apologetic but you really should state expected delivery time a lot longer.

A so kind delivery and a great pleasure to find again nordic design and quality.

Brilliant customer service and beautiful products - my stoneware looked even better than in the photographs. I initially ordered a sample which arrived damaged - I was given an immediate refund. I then ordered a large set of crockery - all arrived safe and intact with effective eco-friendly packaging. Excellent company.

The Broste Copenhagen sea-green salad bowl was excellent, but the Mateus platter was disappointing because the terracotta looked more 'printed' and was glazed to a shine, giving the impression the platter was horribly cheap-looking, considering its high price and impressive photograph on site. Goods nicely packed to prevent damage

I purchased this item for a birthday present - an early purchse to avoid delays. However the birthday has not yet taken place, so I have no idea what the goods are like! I am assuming that they will be just 'what was wanted' and wait to hear - another 4 weeks!
