While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Hopeless company.my order of 3 baking tins has still not arrived after nearly 2 months.They sent generic email to ask my if I was happy with my purchase,not even realising I had not received them.Very apologetic but i had to down load ,print out and sign a form to state I had not received the items,then take a photo and email it back to them.That was last week and still nothing.Would not recommended this company and will not be buying from them again.I need these to make my son's birthday cake and our Christmas cake but both those plans are now having to be changed.Nof impressed at all.

Mixed bag - terrible logistics; decent customer service

Shipped me smashed up pots couple of times. In the original order, 2 of the 4 pots were damaged, one completely smashed. I asked for replacements - again, one of the two replacements were completely smashed. Looks like you are only able to safely pack and deliver 50% of your products. In a follow up order, the delivery has been broken up into several batches and I am still waiting for part of my delivery. Customer services were slow in their response the first time but promptly refunded me the second time when I had enough of receiving smashed pots and asked for the refund.

Although the service I received from the Customer Support team was helpful and friendly, both items I purchased in November were separately discontinued despite the order being confirmed. Both items were originally sent to me, but due to delivery issues returned to sender and the order was then unable to be fulfilled. I appreciate the quick refund, but am more than disappointed my order took over a month to then eventually be cancelled.

It takes too long for parcels to arrive. The depatch times are too long. I appreciate that there are particular busy times during the year like Black Friday and Christmas, but no matter when I order the parcel takes more than a week to depatch, then another week during shipping for this to arrive. In this day and age it needs to be much quicker for customer not to go elsewhere to get their orders in a acceptable timeframe.

A great online retailer with many stylish designs

Customer service generally excellent although response times at times can be slow. Products are great quality and you can often find good value in the regular promotions. In lighting, links to related products eg bulbs for lamps aren’t always perfect and it would be great if customers could have a choice of EU or U.K. plugs provided by the manufacturers. Lighting prices seem higher than U.K. but the design choices can be better. I love the fact that there is no tax to pay to the U.K. Shipping times can be unpredictable depending on stock availability but it’s great to have part shipment where there is a known delay with any item. I find UPS very poor as a courier in the U.K. because their website and app are so unresponsive to change of delivery day or place.

I've purchased twice from NordicNest, very happy

I've purchased twice from NordicNest and both experiences were very positive. I purchased blankets made by Klippan (excellent quality). Packages arrived within 2 - 2 1/2 weeks which is fast given that I live in the Pacific Northwest (USA). You can track the packages as they go through customs, leave Europe then travel through the US. I would like to purchase more fragile items but I'm concerned about how well they are packed. Returns are more difficult when you live on the other side of the world. It would be great if NordicNest shared something about how things are packed for all the bouncing, dropping, and tossing that goes on in long distance shipping.

Excellent Online shopping - will not go unnoticed

Best online store with different interior styles and home products, so far. My experience with their staff is great. They possess and perform personal approach with immediate responding. Flexible in rotation of products, orders, handling of complaints concerning damaged product upon delivery. Ready to cover the cost and replace broken or damaged product without hesitation. I found this as an extra work which they need to execute, but they easily accomplished it. I appreciated this attitude very much.
