While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed.
Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts.
My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts.

Lovely coffee table but delivery problems
I am very happy with the product and the ordering procedure. However, the delivery service by UPS was poor. My coffee table did not arrive on the scheduled day of delivery. At 8pm that day it was rescheduled for the following day between 11am and 3pm. It arrived just before 6pm. I would pay extra for a premium delivery service and I think you should offer that service for customers who prefer it.

The crockery is lovely quality but...
The crockery is lovely quality, but the whole delivery experience was an absolute disaster, the first order has never been dispatched even thought we received an email saying it was, and after waiting for over a month we emailed and they said it has never been dispatched so we had to wait another 2 weeks for it to arrive.

Great prices. Great Quality. It was cheaper to buy the Georg Jensen Christmas Mobile ornament from Nordic Nest than from Georg Jensen in the UK. I have been a customer of Nordic Nest for three years now. They have never let me down.

I ordered a number of saucepans, some were in stock, others not. They delivered the pans, promptly, when available. Despite being in mainland europe, delivery was efficient and quick. Would absolutely use this company again.

Good selection of items and fair prices. Delivery was fast, but it’s upsetting that I had to pay for return postage from the U.K. which cost me £110 for 2 lamps. Another brilliant outcome of Brexit no doubt. I’d appreciate it if Nordic Nest made it more clear when ordering that return postage was customer’s responsibility, instead of it being hidden in the small print.

The BEST!
It’s always a pleasure to shop at Nordic Nest. The selection is grand and the customer service is excellent. Emails are sent regarding shipping and arrival dates, and if a product is delayed you’re notified immediately. I live in the USA and my packages always arrive intact and I’ve ordered porcelain. I would recommend Nordic Nest and give 10 stars if I could!!

Great experience. I love my String pocket shelf and it was competitively priced with Nordic Nest. It did have a 4 week lead time but this was made clear at the point of purchasing and I was kept updated by email until it arrived. Good delivery / tracking communication. Would definitely recommend Nordic Nest and will return for future purchases. Thank you.

The customer service department is excellent. I had a problem with an item I’d purchased and called to let them know that it might not be compatible with my Shelton thermostat flask. Best overall source for Scandinavian design
Absolutely rely on Nordic Nest for my house. Love the very large selection of goods perfectly "curated" to my taste. Good delivery.
But how I wish they would show ONE picture of an item with little insets of other colorways!! Searching takes forever because each color of every thing gets a separate entry when you hit Search.

I liked the wide variety of products.
I didn't enjoy how poorly packed they were. For example a large metal wire basket was in a simple plastic back, which was half open. This basket and a glass vase were put together in a large box without anything that kept them safely in place.
And orders take forever to arrive!

Beautiful Design
I got a teapot and a tray and I absolutely love both. The teapot keeps hot for ages and is just lovely to look at. I love the design of the tray but at the huge price ticket I didn't expect the wood to be untreated and so it shows water stains and rings from anything wet that has been placed on it.

Got a lovely lampshade. Was concerned about possible complications importing it but nothing to worry about or pay. Not the cheapest or swiftest delivery but still cheaper than I could buy it in the UK. We just get ripped off so much. Would happily buy from them again if they have what I want.

Worth the wait
Ordered in “in stock” item which was subsequently not in stock and so was delayed by 3 weeks. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush and they did at least keep me updated. Item arrived well packaged and exactly as stated. It is very beautiful so overall I am happy with the experience and would buy again.
