Great selection, shipping to the United States could use improvement.

The selection is right up my alley and I love almost everything you carry especially the fabrics. You could really use some help in the shipping department things sit way too long in Germany and when you guys made a mistake on shipping, me the wrong fabric you should've expedited the shipping I should not have had to wait as long as I did

Endless repetitive emails

I am still awaiting the 2nd part of my order. Annoyingly I am still receiving emails about a Xmas decoration which is no longer available. I have responded to it initially to agree to its lack. Since then I have received (it seems like) dozens of emails about this one item. PLEASE stop!

Was expecting better

Was seriously expecting better. Do not like your shipping policy with moving prices and relying on shipping companies that do not deliver at all - very difficult to reach out to you afterwards and get it fixed.
