A vacuum pot for Coffee that turns out NOT to be able to store ground coffee? Why’s the use case? normal bags already have a vent that secures a vacuum for whole beans. Disappointed.

Messed up my grandmothers birthday present delivery. Ordered it to the address of her care home and they changed it to a locker. I enquired with the delivery company and they said that a cheaper option was chosen. I contacted the company and was told that I would be contacted for my delivery of choice once the item is in Estonia but this didn’t happen. For me this company is ruined. They did nothing to try and improve my experience and help me other than give me empty promises. The delivery company said that the company that placed the order with them could change the delivery address but clearly they didn’t bother to do that either. In the end it’s simple - I ordered the item to go to an address and it was not delivered as agreed.

Lovely bowl

I loved the bowl I bought but sent an email inquiring if there was a matching mug which I wanted to add to my order. The reply to the email took many days and by this time I had received the bowl.

I have had problems with so many orders recently. Orders sent to wrong addresses ordered delivered damaged and then products gone out of stock so we couldn’t reorder. I run an interior design business in Singapore. Nordic nest used to be my go to for getting Scandinavian designer pieces for my clients. Given brands like Hay, Madam stoltz, Hubsch and others don’t retail in Singapore it was so helpful to be able to get them online through Nordic nest. But it’s been so unreliable of late I don’t know if I can trust it anymore. Very disappointing.
