Delivery of orders very slow and poor customer service follow up. No emails to indicate status of order and confusion from customer service about how order are delivered. Poor communication and expectation setting - there is a significant difference between when an order is "dispatched" and when it is "received" by the customer - this is not communicated properly.

Footstool arrived in poor packaging, product had very strong doused smell which proved difficult to remove even after treatment and cleaning .
