Cheapest but Broken Bowls. The bowls were the cheapest on the market for this brand, but they posted them by just putting them in a box, without any wrapping, so they smashed. There was no reason for this. It wasted both my time, and the world's resources. Who would have thought china sent through the post would need bubble-wrap?

Excellent selection and quality

Excellent selection and good quality items for all tastes. However, the shipping charges went up from 6 euro to 20 euro (which is a lot!), hence the lower score.

Not their fault, but $100 in tariffs for $201 USD order.

Wish there had been a bigger (more overt) notice regarding the tariffs cost being put on the customer.

The parcel was delayed 3 times in a row, each time stating that it will be delayed by 1-2 weeks - no reason for the delay provided. When arrived, the courier did not bother ringing the doorbell and just left the parcel on the doorstep in torrential rain. As a result the cardboard box was completely soaked through and the lighting fixture was soaked in water

Ordered the item three times and on every occasion arrived broken. The item was a ceramic plant pot, it arrived with limited protective packaging, no mention that it was fragile and was delivered by DPD who treated it like any other parcel (I.e not well!). Not impressive, would not order anything fragile from them
