Do not purchase from this company. Delivery delayed items arrived after paid for delivery date, items not as described much larger than on website, return cost me £55 and refund took nearly a month to process . Customer service did not read my complaints and did not reply properly to any of my concerns

I ordered two wall shelves on 1 March 2025, on the basis they would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. They were eventually shipped on 26 May - 3 months later. In the meantime, I received numerous emails telling me the order had been delayed but would be delivered “in 2-3 weeks”. I was offered the option of canceling my order but didn’t want to as these were the only shelves I’d found that I really liked. The products are fine, albeit rather fiddly to install, but the delay doesn’t warrant a high rating. I will never order from this company again and would not recommend.
